CANCELLATIONS AND LATE PAYMENTS

It's only the first week back of the year and I'm having to post about cancellations and late payments again!

I've had a few customers cancel at short notice this week for various reasons. If I had been given notice I could have filled some of these places with other customers dogs. I will always do my best to move things around, swop days etc to accommodate any changes required but I should not have to lose money on short notice customer cancellations

I've also had dogs not being at home when I've been to collect them. If this happens I expect you to pay for the walk!

I have also had late payers. A reminder, if you pay weekly in advance into my bank payment is expected by the Sunday evening for the following weeks walks. Unless we already have a different payment agreement in place. Monthly payers are expected to pay by the last day of the month

This is a reminder that if customers cancel walks within 24 hours of the upcoming booking you will still be expected to pay for the walk!

If these issues keep cropping up I will cancel my services with the customers concerned 😟

Eric and Duke both have an Equafeece (see photo in comments ) and they will definitely be wearing them in the colder spells. They are also fantastic for putting on your dogs after the walk to dry them off quickly. Highly recommend 👌

Has anyone lost a dog Eardly Road area Heysham?
Unfortunately I couldn't catch it. It was a large dog possibly German Shepherd or similar. It was heading from Knowleys Road end up towards St Peters School

I'm getting in there early with my holiday dates for 2025 so you all have plenty of notice 🌞

As always I will be closed all the Bank holiday Monday's and Good Friday 🐣

I have 3 trips away booked for next year

The first is in May. My last day of walking will be Friday 2nd of May and I will return to work on Wednesday 14th May

My second trip is in September. My last day of walking will be Friday 12th September and I will return to work on Thursday 18th September

My third trip is in November. My last day of walking will be on Thursday 13th November and I will return to work on Monday 24th November 🌞

I will be open in between Christmas and New Year next year, apart from the bank holidays and the weekend. I will only be doing walks on the mornings. This service is on a first come first served basis🎄

I will remind everyone of the above dates nearer the time

I hope you have all had a great Christmas and have a wonderful new year. We are open as normal again on Thursday 2nd January 🐾
