‼️Cancellations - Polite Notice‼️

We have seen an increase in "on the day" cancellations over the past few weeks (mainly due to vet/grooming appointments)

Just a reminder that we do have a 48 hour cancellation policy, unless your dog is unwell.

We have previously nearly always waived the cancellation charge, rescheduled etc, however this is unsustainable for our business as we cannot fill these slots at such short notice.

The vets, groomers etc would still charge for a missed appointment. Our business shouldn't be treated any differently 🙏

So peaceful up there, we only saw a couple of people around and the weather has been perfect.

Twiglet is a Maltipoo and will be joining us for Pack Walks and PackVentures.
