Sadly it was time to say goodbye to Lola today, after developing a bit of a limp in February which just got worse and worse. Unfortunately the vets were unable to find the cause or anything so help ease her pain. She was in a huge amount of pain and discomfort so her family had to make the sad decision to let her go. I thankfully was able to say goodbye and tell her I love her. She will be deeply missed. Love you Lols. 💔💔😭

This is an interesting scientific paper on the effects of Propolis and dogs (a resin-like material made by bees) Definitely worth a read.

👉Pontefract's first UK Sniffer Dog workshop for pet dogs is here!!
Scent detection training has been widely used across the world, for working and operational services. Our amazing dogs have been used to search for drugs, bombs, fi****ms, cash, contraband, missing people and human remains. The workshops aim is give owners the skills to train and take part in scent training activities with their dog, just like a real working sniffer dog!
👍You don't need any level of dog training experience, we will teach you all the basics and your dog will develop skills to knock your neighbours socks off! 🧦
🤩 We will also bring you some fun trials to compete in, including mock crime scenes, at varied locations such as football stadiums, churches, restaurants, parks etc

I know there's some homes where they have to use a code word instead of my name as it sends the dog crazy. But Barney's response is lovely ❤️

Barney the Goldendoodle is still very easily distracted when off the lead, so we played hide and seek for about 10 minutes. He goes a little too far away and I run the other way and hide. He panics and runs to find me (as do all the others too) after that he's keeping a much better eye on me. A few more sessions and he'll be perfect I'm sure, 😍😂

Proof if proof were needed, that Poppy bullies the others into playing. 😂 😂

The very elusive Middleton park spring. It only appears when it is truly absolutely peeing it down. I've only ever seen it twice before over many years, so I think we can all agree that it can stop bloody raining now.
