We would like to wish all of our customers a very Happy New Year!

Thank you to everyone who has supported our business, it means so much to us. Even when we are quiet on socials, we are always working hard to be the best pet store we can be for your dog or cat.

It’s been a tough month since losing our oldest girl so suddenly at the end of November and Christmas lost its sparkle a little but we did get to spent time with family and each other which is always special.

We hope everyone has had a wonderful Christmas and got the chance to spend it with loved ones, furry and non furry alike 🐾

We aren’t big on going out so this is what our New Year’s looked like, Tink has the best seat in the house, as usual haha

Christmas is just around the corner 🎅🏻

There are some changes to our opening hours and shipping times during the festive period.

Local Delivery

Last day for our local delivery service will be Friday 20th December which will be to the following postcodes NE25, NE26, NE27, NE28, NE29 and NE30. Any orders placed after the 2pm cut off, won’t be processed until Friday 3rd January as per our regular local delivery schedule.

Click and Collect

These will be processed as normal with minimal disruption but please check our Christmas opening times before coming to pick up your order.

Mainland Shipping via DHL

The last day to place an order before Christmas is by 11am on Wednesday 18th December for delivery on the 19th December. Any orders placed after this date won’t be processed until Monday 6th January.

Last night we said goodbye to our most beautiful and special girl Coast 💔

Through the week she was showing signs of being unwell and after visiting our vet they confirmed that her liver was failing. We hoped we’d have more time with her but unfortunately that wasn’t too be.

We made the decision to keep her at home where she was the most comfortable and so she could stay with her sister Pier and little Tink until the end.

With the gentle care and compassion from Kim at Paws At Peace - North-East and Yorkshire, Coast was helped on her final journey surrounded by everyone who loved her.

We were truly blessed to have had her in our lives for 14 wonderful years.

The hardest part of losing a pet, is waking up the next day without them 💔💔

A special thank you to Trevor from Hearts to heaven pet crematorium for showing Coast the dignity and care she deserves.
