was hoping for a nice wee chilled weekend before Christmas 🎄 We usually don't work Sundays and are closed but I popped in to try and get ahead of this lot when I woke up this morning 😅 we must have sent out around 150 parcels on Saturday (yesterday) and were completely clear, you guys like keeping us on our toes that's for sure 🤣

*Important Reminder*
We are an online-only store, offering click-and-collect or home delivery. Unfortunately, it is not possible to view our fish in person or just turn up and expect us to halt our already pre arranged collections and orders.

We’ve had several people turn up expecting to browse, despite our clear communication. For operational reasons, our trade counter is strictly for order collections, and the door remains locked due to the volume of walk-ins disrupting our workflow. Saturdays are especially busy as we handle a large number of deliveries outgoing and collections. It states on our website we are an online Superstore and instructions for collections orders.

While we understand the disappointment. We are fully dedicated to serving our customers through our online platform and appreciate your understanding.

Hi guys,

We are extremely busy this week, our last day for sending out fish is Wednesday 18th
And for everything else it's Friday 20th to be guaranteed before Christmas. We will however be available for collection orders from Saturday 21st up untill Christmas eve.

All live food orders will be despatched fresh this Friday 20th when they arrive for delivery on Saturday.

**Important Update on Operations**

We’re excited to share that we are experiencing an unprecedented surge in orders! Our online sales have skyrocketed, and as a result, we are facing delays with in-store collections.

To help us serve you better, please note the following:

All fish orders must be placed online.

There is currently a minimum wait time of 24 hours before collection on weekdays.

Saturday collections are preferred. We are open from 10 AM to 2 PM, and there is no 24-hour wait for Saturday pickups.

Once your order is placed, we will email you to confirm your preferred collection time.

Please do not arrive without prior confirmation, as we are unable to accommodate unarranged collections.

This growth is fantastic for our business, but it does mean we’re operating at full capacity at the warehouse. Our highly competitive prices are driving this increased demand, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these exciting times.

Please bear with us as our warehouse is still under construction and only partially complete. Thank you for your continued support!
