Rishi Sunak why do you rob the poor? Why not sort the rich and big business to contribute more to society. Fix the NHS and make it fit for purpose instead of degrading and frustrating to those who are seeking help. That alone would take people off benefits very few actually want handouts. But when health is compromised due to inefficient government funding what do you expect. Please share and sign all of us knows people who are struggling to cope. It is our duty to speak up for those less fortunate.

WHEN YOU DIE, don't worry about your body... your relatives will do whatever is necessary according to their possibilities.
They will take your clothes off, wash you, dress you, take you out of your house and take you to your new address.
Many will come to your funeral to "say goodbye." Some will cancel commitments and even miss work to go to your funeral.
Your belongings, even what you didn't like to lend, will be sold, given away or burned.
Your keys, your tools, your books, your shoes, your clothes... And rest assured that the world will not stop to cry for you. The economy will continue.
In your job, you will be replaced. Someone with the same or better capabilities will take your place.

Your assets will go to your heirs.... And do not doubt that you will continue to be cited, judged, questioned and criticized for the small and great things you did in life.

People who knew you only by your appearance will say; Poor man or woman! o He or she had a great time!

Your sincere friends will cry for a few hours or a few days, but then they will return to laughter.

The "friends" who pulled you to partying will forget about you faster.

Your animals will get used to the new owner.

Your photos will hang on the wall or remain on a piece of furniture for a while, but then perhaps they will be stored at the bottom of a drawer. And we will only live in the memory of those who loved us.

Someone else will sit on your couch and eat at your table.

It ended up among people, it ended up here, it ended up in this world.

But begin your story in your new reality... in your life after death.
Your life where you couldn't move with the things from here because, when you left, they lost the value they had.

So true. Feeling this right now, due to being seriously let down, cut out, and unsupported, misunderstood by someone I thought was a friend, who I could trust to be on my side. When you have "friends" like that, you might as well have the haters in your life.
Now working on emergency solutions to rescue my health, livelihood and future earning power, and the welfare and future of my four legged friends who have given me the best life and never let me down.
All whilst battling the "not fit for purpose" NHS Protocols and the feeling like I will not survive the next minute let alone the rest of the day.
When use of your arms, hands and legs makes you struggle to move, even breath and talk, but yet the work must be done to protect my dogs, and stop vultures taking them away at far less than they are worth and more importantly ensuring the absolute best homes according to my application process which has been in place for over 20 years.
Please note to my friends and family:
If I am unable to communicate at any point or I am found dead, my wishes are that I have a full enquiry and autopsy to establish my vascular, lymphatic and any other cause, especially into the NHS lack of reasonable care as per their set up guidance before the government continued to destroy NHS by pulling funding for consultants and equipment being out of date and having to work under pressure which would put all other businesses closed years ago, this has decimated our human rights that the government should be ensuring to prevent unnecessary suffering to its citizens, the NHS staff cannot do what they need to because of burocracy and red tape and lack of funds to go all the way to a full diagnosis/proper treatment etc for people with complex movement and brain disorders.
My experience will/must be fully documented and used to improve the life of both humans and canines.

Hope this video on vegus nerve helps everyone here. I am sittiing in hospital (for two weeks) with still to no diagnosis. I know I have, from my own private imaging, both jugular and artery issues. But sadly in over 2.5 years, have failed to get action to investigate the numbness, pallor and weakness of my limbs telling them it was serious,
I could not convince the doctors that my vegus nerve may also be involved as my breathing and digestion and pretty much everything else is going haywire.
I have private ct imaging showing my vascular issues, it has taken two weeks to persuade the NHS to look at those images and stop going looking for cancer or stroke.
I would not even be at this point of diagnosis if I had listened to a dozen different consultants who told me I had Functional Neurologic disorder for the last two years.
I have made my own diagnosis of subclavian artery maybe also vein, jugular compression, vegus nerve not working causing terrible mind fog anxiety difficulty dealing with people, balance issues.
Once the NHS finally do their job, I trust the damage to my vascular system and nerves can still be repaired. Shocked with the lack of modern thought in the NHS. They are 20 years out of date in pretty much everything.
Thank god our vets keep more in tune with advances and my dogs have recieved top care even if I have been made to suffer at the hands of a broken NHS strangled both in funds and medical advancement by our government.
In the meantime, please I desperately need help with the dogs at home, I have a friend looking after the dogs very well, but they are not well themselves and need help so they can rest.
