December is one of the busier months and appointments are booked back to back.

Can I ask you all to check your appointments, and if you are unsure please send me a message to confirm. Equally if you are booked in and no longer need your appointment please let me know ASAP so I can offer this to others who are waiting.

Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or a no show will be charged 100% of the grooming fee and payment will need to be made before any future appointments are offered.

Please arrive on time to drop off and pick up. If you arrive early, please wait until I have opened the door as I may still have a dog in and this can unsettle the dog and add time onto their groom, this is the same for collecting. Unless arranged prior, anyone arriving late collecting their dog will incur a charge of £5 per 15 mins. This can cause me to run behind as not all dogs are human/ dog friendly.

Block booking for the year is highly recommended, and then you are in the diary. It's easier to ask for a swap rather than creating an appointment that doesn't exist.

At the moment, current clients will take priority for appointments. However, there will be a couple of spaces available for new clients from January. Feel free to send me a message to discuss further.

Anyone fancy a wee wooden Christmas tree 🎄 🌲

Around 3ft high, sanded down and can be used inside or out.

Our garage is currently turning wooden Xmas tree forest!

£20 each and can be collected from Tore or Maryburgh.
