Dear costumers, according the advice from the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeon:
The expresion of a**l glands should no longer be carried out by groomers, and now should only be undertaken by a qualified Veterinary surgeon or Nurse so the health of the gland is assessed prior to any expression.

For a long and fluffly hair, maintenance is key. Please, do not hesitate asking our groomers for tips about brushes, combs, type of coats, techniques...

Dear costumers, if calling us but nobody answering the phone, please send a text when possible. We have severals calls while we are grooming dogs and attending costumers who pops into the shop. We answer as much calls as we can, although is not always possible to aswer them all. A wee text with your *surname, dog's name and breed* would be very helpfull for us to contact you back as soon as we can. Thanks in andvance for your support and understanding 🐶✂️

Please! If you are a new customer! Bear in mind that we don’t ask for a deposit when an appointment is made. If you pop in the shop to pay something we don’t normally ask for you could be send to another shop as that’s not our routine. Thanks

Be alert! I had a few pups last week with foxtail seeds in between the feet

Unfortunately it's foxtail season again 😞 Foxtail plants are a weed-type grass that can cause serious problems for animals!
Ear infections, nosebleeds/rhinitis, pyothorax, abscesses and tetanus are just SOME of the serious issues that can come from these little guys! If you notice your pet repeatedly sneezing, pawing at their ears, coughing or acting uncomfortable, these could be signs of a possible foxtail and should seek medical attention as soon as possible.

After a wee break we’re back to normal tomorrow!! Our trainees are going to start clipping so models are needed!! All the models will have a 25% off. If you are interested please send us a text with all the details and dates of your interest. Bear in mind that our trainees will work from Monday to Thursday and at least 3 hours will be needed for the appointments as they need time.
