Dear costumers, according the advice from the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeon:
The expresion of a**l glands should no longer be carried out by groomers, and now should only be undertaken by a qualified Veterinary surgeon or Nurse so the health of the gland is assessed prior to any expression.
