On we had the pleasure of grooming Gustave, the great! This super floofy boy loves chin and cheek pats and I was happy to provide them! His coat had become matted so on this occasion we needed to clip him very short to ensure the clipper blades could pass safely between the matting and the skin. He was such a good boy and allowed me to do what I needed to do to help him. I would have liked to finish his head and face but the focus of this session was removing the matted coat so he feels better. And he does, as you can see in the photo his mum sent me. Happy boy! See you again soon Gustave! 🐱✂️😍

Proper removal of dead coat promotes better airflow for healthier skin, reduces irritation, allows space for the new coat to come through, and means less vacuuming at home! Bonus! ✅️
