Raw Food Delivery Update.

Due to warm weather, we have decided to ship directly from our manufacturers, which means one less process, we don’t have to have fulfilment at our own freezer centre, which can cause a few days' delay and one less process in the summer warmer weather that our manufacturers have to deal with.

All raw food ordered this week will be delivered on Friday before 12 or latest Saturday and going forward so we keep our delivery schedule as next day (when placed at the right times and days) shipments will be made directly from our UK manufacturers and this will ensure your food arrives promptly which is important to us and you. You will still receive Ooddles DPD tracking, but fulfilment will be from our manufacturers directly to ensure next-day service.

As always any DPD issues, please always report to us at [email protected], and our team will promptly resolve for you.

This is only raw food. If your order consists of raw plus other items, you will receive two shipments.
