Hello any cancellations within less than 48 hours of the groom will result in a charge this is on my page already. This week I got let down 5 times in one week meaning I was out of pocket and had big gaps in the day, i understand things happen and when they are serious I do not charge! Vets/ in season etc ... but please be mindful you book the appointments and if you can't make it just pop me a text and I'm more than happy to work around you!

48 hours before will be 50% of the groom
24 hours before will be 100% of the groom
Day of the groom will be 100% of the groom

If they are failed to be paid within 2 days you will be taken off the books this isn't me being harsh i love my job, customers and every pet that comes through my door I hope you can all understand but this is my full time job my only income🩵🐶

(Not my video) But here is an example of line brushing for fluffy coats I’ve been asked a handful of times the last few weeks about brushing, a good metal tooth brush and a metal comb will help with your brushing. The correct tools are a must! This will prevent your dogs getting knots and definitely won’t get matted. I can send you links for the right equipment if need be just pop me a message!

Puppy grooming is very important. Here’s a lovely girl I’ve had this afternoon for her first ever puppy pamper to get used to the equipment and also have a tidy up 💛 See you in a few weeks !
