Our Story

We have two customers, you and your dog ...and we want you both to get the most from the Groom

YOUR DOG

At CANINE CENTRAL we ensure your Dog gets the most out of their groom. Unlike the majority of other groomers, we do not use restraints during the grooming process which is not only safer but more enjoyable for your Dog. We also give your dog the ability to socialise with other dogs and maybe even have a play with a new friend, if your Dog would like to! As well as receiving lots of cuddles and fuss from our passionate team.

YOU

You know your Dog better than anyone else; therefore our grooming is fully customisable to suit you and your Dog's lifestyle and preferences. You will be met with excellent customer service and put at ease when the time comes to leave your Dog with us, perfectly assured they will be well looked after

THE GROOM - STEP BY STEP

Book an Appointment. We book up about a week or two in advance, so call us and see when our next appointment is!

Arrive at your appointment time. We will talk through your preferences which will be added to your record card. We ask all owners to leave their Dog with us as it agitates the Dog more if they can see you but can't get to you!

A bath using a double rinse of nice smelling shampoo and conditioner in our high powered hydrobath. This is not just an ordinary bath like at home!

Towel dry and blow dry to fluff up the coat.

Clipping or tidying up whilst your dog is entertained by other dogs or wagging their tail to passers-by. Their nails will also be trimmed and pads clipped out.

A run around on the floor so we can check the groom and so you Dog can say hello to other dogs, sniff all the smells or just sleep!

Collect your dog at the pick up time (usually about 2 hours later). We will make sure you are happy with the groom and tell you how your Dog got on. Payment is taken on collection (cash or card) and it's best to book your next appointment straight away to avoid disappointment later!
