📞... So an update on the phone. So sorry it's causing such problems.

We have had to go back to our old phone line (why they couldn't have told us that in the first place)! And wait until the 13th for the new Internet phone. Same number so no changes. Pray it all goes through this time 🙏😊

Hello, sorry for the inconvenience of the phone line being down. We switched Internet providers and something has gone wrong with the port of the salon number.
The girls can contact you from their mobiles, and you can message on here, Instagram or via email for now.

We aim to get this resolved ASAP as you can imagine its very frustrating for us 😔.... Will update you soon xx

Hello, some of you have been asking about the bits in the salon about Utility weahouse. I have taken on a bit of a new role alongside grooming.
Grooming is my absolute passion but unfortunately its not a huge money maker and I have felt the impact of the cost of living squeeze. So... I am a UW partner too! 🤗💜 Its very rewarding and I love to help people, alongside helping you reduce your monthly bills dramatically I am gaining a little extra for my little ones.

🐾 Hello and welcome to April 2024 when we usually have a slight price increase.
Nothing too drastic and just trying to be in keeping with fellow groomers in our area.
Prices still may vary for each individual dog due to size, temperament and condition of the coat... But our new price list is as close to the general prices for each breed.

Good morning, if you are struggling with the pet savvy app there has been an update. Best thing to do is uninstall the current one and just re install it... It will now accept your username and password and work as normal.
