Thanks to everyone who helped today after a very stressful incident on the beach where poor Baxter jumped to chase another dogs ball and landed badly & broke his tibia. Thank you to the HM Coastguard for stretchering him off the beach, to Mel, who’s doggy’s ball Baxter had tried to get who stayed with us the whole time on the beach and helped carry the stretcher, to Richard who offered to help trying to carry Baxter, to my sister Sue who came & helped with Emrys. To all my dog walking friends who were so supportive. Baxter is going to have surgery to pin & plate his leg tomorrow and he is expected to be back running around soon.
