Morning everyone! Hope you are all having a lovely September weekend!
I just wanted to come on and say a few things…
Please remember I am only human and I work alone, I am a small business owner who also has a personal life.
If you call throughout my work hours and I don’t pick up I will get back to you, I simply cannot answer the phone while washing/drying/clipping a dog, my focus has to be on that dog I am working with, please remember I work with sharp scissors and blades so all my concentration has to be on the dog.
If I cannot answer at the time you call please leave a text message with your name and dog breed/what type of groom you are looking for.
For me it is easier if appointments are booked through the page or what’s app/text message as I can keep all appointments in the one place and keep track of dates ect.
I will also now be setting hours for messages and phone calls to book.. these Will be between 10am till 4pm.
Recently I have had phone calls after phone calls at 11:30 at night! Please respect my personal time and home time, I have a family and animals to see to after work hours too… and sometimes I genuinely just need a rest from work mode.
I try so hard to answer all mails on the day you have messaged or called but again I am only human, if I don’t reply on the day I will get back to you the next working day!
I do my best to accommodate everyone and squeeze people in here and there if need be, but I do need a day off too!

I just want to thank all of my lovely customers for their continued support over the last year and a bit, it is highly appreciated and I wouldn’t be where I am today without you guys! 🐶❤️

Everyone meet Wee Mandy & Bee our yard sheep❤️
Most of you guys will have seen them kicking around or coming up to say hello to you!
Please, please can I ask all customers to keep your dogs on a lead until you are into my room and to please park in the main car park as Mandy and bee are usually roaming in the main yard, these wee guys are part of our yard family and we do not want any harm to come to them! Thank you 🥰🐑
