Are you looking to boost your confidence, tackle behavioural challenges, or simply have a fun and supportive day out with your horse? I specialise in horse and rider confidence as well as behavioural issues, and this clinic caters to all abilities!

Whether you’re nervous about particular jumps, looking to move up a level, or just want to practise in a safe, friendly environment, this is for you.

📅 Groups (times TBC):
🐎 Nervous & Novice (50cm and below): Perfect for green horses, green riders, and anyone lacking confidence.
🐎 70cm–80cm: Ideal for those ready to move up a height or work on specific jumps.
🐎 80cm–90cm: Build confidence on technical lines and bigger fences, or prepare to step up to 90cm.
🐎 90cm+: Focus on more technical fences and challenges to help you move up through the heights.

📸 The talented Imogen Moon Photography will be in attendance, capturing the day. Photos will be available for purchase – a perfect keepsake of your progress!

I have to work so hard in winter to keep on top of Jazz’s skin issues and so far I’m really happy with the difference that this product is making! Hopefully this will be the winter we conquer it!

Is the looming winter and crap weather destroying your motivation? Here are my top 3 tips now the weather is getting colder

1️⃣ Set small goals - like really small really achievable goals and celebrate them when you do achieve them! Go get that dopamine!

2️⃣Find the positives - no matter how small they are. It could be the sky being blue made you feel happy, your favourite song came on your playlist without having to flick through or maybe you saw something that made you smile whilst you were doom scrolling. Make a mental note of it and try to recall it at the end of the day.

3️⃣ Do something that makes you happy every day - winter is the perfect time for those little treats. Again keep it small but if it makes you smile do it. It could be snuggling up on the sofa, getting your favourite coffee (pumpkin spice I’m coming for you) or wearing your favourite jumper.

Staying motivated can be incredibly hard especially in winter. Funding those small ins each day and celebrating the little joys will not only help you when it’s dark and gloomy it will help you restructure the foundations of your mindset.

Just remember that it’s not healthy to be happy and positive all the time so on days that you’re struggling give yourself grace (and maybe a little treat 😉)

Today marks an auspicious day! I am officially full time self employed! After the last year working for an incredible company with a brilliant team I am finally taking the step to make my business my main focus. I thought that would be the perfect time to break open this bottle of Champagne. This particular bottle was a gift to my mum 8 years ago as it’s her favourite. She gifted it back to me and my partner when we bought our first house and I’ve been saving it for this moment!

I am so excited for the future and also incredibly terrified 😂 today we focus on the positives however!

Did you know that your brain is a lot like google? You get out what you put in. So if you’re constantly searching for ‘negative’ or ‘bad’ things then that’s what you’ll find. Think about it - how often have you had a bad start to a day: maybe you were running late or you clothes didn’t dry properly or your car wouldn’t start or you dropped your toast. After that bad start how often has your day been not great? How many other bad things did you feel happened that day? Did your lunch explode in the microwave or did you think you’d put a tenner back in your purse only to see it float down the street?

More importantly how many good things did you miss?
