It's been a while since Sweet Sophie came to stay 🤗🥰
Within minutes it was as though she had never left and joined Dreamer in taking over the sofa's 🐾🤣

Yesterday all the dogs clambered for that sweet sunny spot to chill out in...Sophie won haha!

Little legs Scarlett has been with her Mummy for three years now, but sadly her Mum is extremely poorly 🥲
5* are hoping to find her a new home, currently in foster with a lovely lady in Coalville🥰🙏🏡

We love these munchkins, who have been coming to stay for many years now 🥰
Charlie a.k.a Victor Meldrew does need quite a bit of help now to get up on the sofa for his snuggles, but his sister Nell shows off her 'spring chicken' skills every now and then, she is also still loving her little space at the top of the stairs 😁😊

Our home is booked up for this year, apart from a few days in November...so if you are looking for another home boarder, please read the post below...make sure that whoever you choose are licensed!
I am not saying that all licensed home boarders are great, but if things do go awry, at least you have an authoritative body to speak to 🙏😘

Some dog owners will be thinking of taking a holiday soon and looking for home boarding for their much loved pets .

Before you do read below.

While you are enjoying your holiday you need to know your much loved pet is in safe hands.

With the rise in the use of home dog boarders and day carers do you understand the importance of using a licensed operator?
If you choose someone who is operating illegally without a licence the chances are that their insurance will be invalid should anything happen to your pup.
When you choose a licensed dog boarder you can be safe in the knowledge that they have had to prepare policies that adhere to the Animal Welfare Law (licensed activities) 2018.
These policies include cleaning regimes, exercise and play plans, emergency procedures in the event of a fire or flood etc and many more.
There will have been an inspection of the property to ensure it is suitable and safe. The inspector will decide how many dogs they feel is safe to have in the home, so there is no worry of cramming dogs in, stacking them in crates, or leaving them all day to go and do another job.
The licensed dog boarder will have also had to pay a licence fee which shows they are invested in what they do.
There are some unlicensed boarders who are very good, but they are operating illegally and there is a fine and prison sentence attached to the offence.
I know which I’d choose.

Please keep your dogs on a lead when walking the fields...many dogs can and will get through hedges and under gates to go for the chase, and unfortunately, one dead sheep is one too many...
Imagine their terrifying and painful death because you couldn't be bothered to keep your dog close...

He is definitely determined to enjoy his holiday with us <3 If we get out early enough, we bump into the Wild Gang... whom we love and all the dogs have a fab time together 🐾 Mister M is just the perfect guest and he says a BIG hello to his family <3 🐾 <3

🐾👑🐾👑🐾 Cleo is here on a short break, full of life and vigour. Never a dull moment with this girl in the house that's for sure lol!! Even Anna has met her match when it comes to playtime... I won't deny it, it's so lovely and peaceful when they all fall asleep 🤗🥰💖

💙❤️ Charlie and Nell ❤️💙 These two have always been full of character and they can be so lovable at times even though Nell prefers to go and hideaway <3 This time Charlie has spent quite a bit of cuddle time with the Grandies, especially Riley Roo 🥰 There had also been a set to between Charlie (AKA Victor Meldrew) and Anna Rottie Wannabe... but after a while, they tolerated each other enough to share the sofa! 🤣 The Munchkins send their love to Mummy and Daddy Cooper <3

Doris On Holiday

💜❤️💞❤️💜 xx Doris on Holiday xx Non-stop play with Anna, then lying in the darkroom to keep cool and cuddles with both Nick and me, that's Doris bless her <3 She has tried out guard duty, didn't quite suit her to be honest, Doris had more interest in looking the other way at what might be going on in the kitchen haha! Loving her walks alongside Max, I have a feeling that's her favourite activity 😁😂🥰 Doris sends lots of love to her Hewitt family xx 🐾 xx

Roma's Holiday xx

Roma's first holiday with the O'Brien clan seems to be going well 🤗🥰 She takes her guard duty very seriously... And when it comes to R&R, Anna, and Dreamer have her back ;) Roma also showed her caring side by ensuring we eat all of our meals, by watching us...from start to finish...every day 🤣 And what was really sweet earlier, was Anna, playing hide and seek... so happy to have captured this moment 🥰🐾🥰 Overall, Roma has taken over the gaff and having a ball or should I say an antler or two 😍🐾🐕

Yogi Bear

It's an absolute whirlwind of a show with Yogi here, he's certainly been enjoying himself for sure 🤣🐾🥰 Once they had bonded, he and Anna have been virtually inseparable, I think she's loving his energy 💙💕 Max and Dreamer do join in now and then, but soon find a quiet spot to snooze haha! Me? I have wine 🍷🥰 Waving at the Tebbuttfamily 😁🤩

⭐️💖💚🧡💜🧡💚💖⭐️ Star is here, enjoying her holiday! She's giving Anna plenty of playtime and together with Max, they are wrecking my nicely plumped-up cushions and just causing chaos throughout haha! Love watching the rough and tumble, and friendships being formed 💞 Star was one of 5* Rommi Rescues, adopted last year <3 Tortured by having her ears chopped at for fun and her tail cut off... this girl proves that all rescues can overcome their trauma and enjoy just being a valued family member and a very much loved dog 🤩🐕💞

Ellie and Henry

🐾🤩 Henry's on his hols again, and brought his new sister, Ellie along with him 🤩🐾 Henry is the King of Puddle Sweeping whilst Ellie is the Queen of Losing Tennis Balls 🤣 And Anna doesn't quite get what the fascination is with ponds and puddles haha! Mind you, neither do I 😁🥰

🐾💞💜Sorry, this is a little late in coming. We are however having a really fun week with Murphy here x He's had tons of playtime with our foster girl, Anna and when we bumped into 'The Gang' the other day, well... they just had a great time :D
