PLEASE READ
As many of you have read on a previous post, new changes and well as exiting new ideas will be coming into play this year, starting today.
Unfortunately, I have to start with the changes. Due to too many no shows and late cancellations over Christmas. It is in the best interest of my small business, that I have to be strict on no show fees and late cancellations.
Late cancellations will need to give a minimum of 48 hours notice. If not giving this amount of time to cancel, their will be a 50% late cancellation fee, that will be required to be paid before rebooking in with me. This will be the same as no shows, a required 50% no show fee will need to be paid.
To avoid this, I will be sending out reminders two days before your appointment. If this is not replied to, I will send another one a day before your appointment.
I love all my clients and absolutely love my job, however, I cannot fathom how important it is to come to your appointment, I would hate to start taking deposits for appointments.
I hope you can all understand. Any more questions please feel free to pop me a message and I will happy to answer any.

Scrumpy had his first ever puppy introduction today. This included:
