I am Jess and I started my business in January 2014 because of my love for dogs and the outdoors. I have always had dogs growing up but they were the family pet and so we all used to pitch in with walking and feeding times. After moving to Newbury my husband and I made the decision to get our own dog in February 2013. I was working full time back then and struggled to find the time to walk Angus a

nd work 9-5 each day. We had chosen one of the most energetic breeds, a Hungarian Vizsla, who needed both mental and physical stimulation. So I gave up my office job to pursue my dreams and start a dog walking business. 6 years on we now have two Vizslas, Angus and Darwin and together we love meeting new dogs and taking them on splendid countryside walks. Owning a dog is a rewarding and life changing experience that also comes with responsibilities. I understand that finding the time to walk your pooch can be challenging due to every day life, but this is where Tails and Trails Newbury can offer you a helping hand. Morning everyone! I know it’s been a while since my last post. Unfortunately I wont be returning to dog walking for the forseeable future 😢.
