I am Jess and I started my business in January 2014 because of my love for dogs and the outdoors. I have always had dogs growing up but they were the family pet and so we all used to pitch in with walking and feeding times. After moving to Newbury my husband and I made the decision to get our own dog in February 2013. I was working full time back then and struggled to find the time to walk Angus a

nd work 9-5 each day. We had chosen one of the most energetic breeds, a Hungarian Vizsla, who needed both mental and physical stimulation. So I gave up my office job to pursue my dreams and start a dog walking business. 6 years on we now have two Vizslas, Angus and Darwin and together we love meeting new dogs and taking them on splendid countryside walks. Owning a dog is a rewarding and life changing experience that also comes with responsibilities. I understand that finding the time to walk your pooch can be challenging due to every day life, but this is where Tails and Trails Newbury can offer you a helping hand. You can rest assured your dog will receive the essential exercise it needs come rain or shine to ensure a happy hound. Morning everyone! I know it’s been a while since my last post. Unfortunately I wont be returning to dog walking for the forseeable future 😢. Today was extremely bitter sweet for me. Today was the last day Tails & Trails will be walking due to a new addition coming to our family at the start of August.
Words cannot describe the amount of love I have for these dogs. I have walked 8 out of 9 of you from puppies, watched you grow and shown you some amazing walks!! My little business has been the most fantastic 8 years of my life and it’s all because of my wonderful clients and their gorgeous dogs. I LOVE YOU ALL!
Thank you to my worldwide followers too who have liked and shared these dogs doing what they do best 🐾
