Thankyou all for turning up in the cold today. And well done. That is the last day of agility training this year. Time for a nice little break and for me to spend time with family friends and of course my doggies. Merry Christmas all x

This may effect travel to shows from my area.

Copied from Wales Online - "Vital" roadworks will see a lane of the A40 closed for eight months. Major works have been announced between Halfway and Llandovery from October 12, 2024, until May 6, 2025.
The roadworks on the roughly six-mile stretch of road will allow repair of a slope prone to landslide and a new drainage system installed, as well as safety barriers to be put in place. There will be some weekend and evening closures and a single lane closure using temporary traffic signals on weekdays. All these steps have been put in place to try to minimise disruption as much as possible. A temporary 40mph speed limit will also be in effect for the duration of the works.

Little fun show yesterday. I say little but the courses were big and tricky. Lots of off course options and round the backs which are always hard running and steering from behind. Pretty chuffed just to get round as lots of folks elimnated. Oh and a win for birthday girl Rayn.

So it is looking like we might have access to the lovely outdoor arena again this winter until at least January. It will be Thursdays only and I will definitely need numbers (and possibly payment in advance.) This is particularly important as I might have to jiggle some groups to fit everyone in.Let me know if you are interested by messenger. If you come to any classes on a Monday Tuesday or Wednesday can you let me know if you would like to join a day time Thursday group. There aren't many spaces so would be good to know who is doing what in advance.
I will try to continue training 121s at home but this is weather dependant.

Today was an absolute blast. Team Naylor Agility put on a great show and a super showcase for the public and competitors at the finals at Malvern Autumn Show.
My girl Rayn has really struggled lately with weaves so to get all weaves all contacts and to just role a few poles was amazing. Congratulations to the winners and runners up. We came a respectable 5th which means we won a goodie bag and a lovely rosette and some pocket money for Rayn to spend on treats. Thankyou everyone. 3 and a bit hours to get home. Feet up. Time to make our winter training plan.
