Let’s talk nail clipping!
If both yourself and your dog find this a little traumatic then why not message to book them in for a nail clip session…. Costing only £6! ☺️

Some dogs struggle with their nails being clipped so I always recommend getting them booked in with a professional from an early age! This allows the dog to gain confidence with the clippers so it doesn’t seem like such a big deal in the future or even future vet visits! It is important to know how far to cut your dogs nails, if too short you can cause bleeding and pain to your dog resulting in them not being to keen on nail clipping in the future!
Little tip…. If you do find you catch the quick (soft cuticle which contains blood vessels) you can block the bleeding with some flour! Dab your finger into the flour then hold down on the tip of the nail!
