In the next few weeks I will be starting to book appointments for next year.
Imogen is starting year 6 (last year of primary) this time and with that in mind I want to wait for the school to send out the dates I need to keep free for things like leaving assemblies etc, I’m hoping they do that by mid September.
My plan is to put the bookings in until Easter (Mid April) and then once the school send the dates I will do the rest of the year.
If you wish to block book for 2025 please send me your preferred dates/days and times, frequency of appointments and any additional information you feel is needed for the whole year if possible.
If you can’t do the whole year please ensure you keep on top of booking your next block as I struggle if you don’t.
I will pop the appointments in and send them for you to check and confirm.
Please be aware that once appointments are confirmed I often struggle to amend them, I will always try but it’s sometimes not possible as it requires other people moving to accommodate.
I am still not able to take new clients but this will be reviewed once the block bookings are in.
If you are, for whatever reason unable to attend your appointment please please let me know as early as is possible in order to allow me to try and fill the space. I ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice, anything after this will be subject to a 50% charge of the appointment amount, I hate to do this but I have to protect my business and my income. If I can fill the space I would refund the amount.
Lastly, I would like to say a HUGE thank you to you all, for your support since I moved last September to Westbury Park, to the people that pop in for treats and those that I groom for and those that do both 🥰
I am still trying to grow the retail side and the purchase of any extras really does help but so does a share of my posts or interaction with my page. For small businesses this is massive!
Anyway, sorry for rambling on, send me over the appointment info 🤣

We are running an extra donation session in Loughborough next week on Tuesday 27 August due to blood stocks being very low 😢
If you can attend, please book in via our app, give us a call on 01509 232222 (9am-5pm), or register by visiting our website. Appointments are available between 11am and 6pm.

Just a reminder that next week is my last week before I go away.
With that in mind please be aware that I am working longer days in order to try to fit people in (7 days work in to 5 days) so if you are unable to attend please let me know asap so I can rearrange my day. There will be delays in responding to messages also but please bear with me. I probably won’t even know my own name by Friday 🤣🤣

Sometimes a dog comes along that just finds a special little corner of your heart and steals it.
This is Connie, she went to live in Wales a couple of years ago so I’ve not seen her for a while but I’ve thought of her often. She was a rescue and made her home with the loveliest of couples. I was warned at her first groom that she was a scared girl.
We built a relationship and she very quickly gave me her trust, she was amazing!
Sadly at the grand age of almost 14 she has left this world to cross the rainbow 🌈 bridge
She will be very much missed and will remain in my heart always.

These little dudes were wandering around the car park this morning, two ladies had caught the ducklings so we teamed up and I managed to catch the Mum. Took them off to Trentham Park to make sure they were safe! Aren’t they cute!!! 🥰 Ps Please be careful when driving on and off the car park, if any others come I’d hate to see them squished

Just over 12 months ago (9th November) we lost Dexter, it was the worst day of my career and I still suffer with flashbacks and I almost stopped grooming, but as they say, the sun always comes up. Well here is the sun, Cooper is the boy that has helped to heal his family’s hearts and bought the biggest smile to my face (and tears to my eyes) when they first bought him to meet me, he’s had a few grooms and now this is him walking past my closed shop today! I cannot tell you how happy this makes me! Thank you for sharing with my Reyn Loops, it’s made my week! 💙

Evening all, I’ve had a few of you contacting me about the hair in your dogs eyes and over their face. I did this video during the first lockdown and hope it can help you again now. I wanted to share this with you, we’ve had a real roller coaster of a week, we thought last night was the end, BUT, it’s not over and her readings are still exceptionally high but my god is my girl fighting! She has been diagnosed with cushings and is also on meds to reduce her bile production as she now has gallbladder problems to add to the liver issues but her readings are coming the right way! We’ve got a way to go yet but keep thinking positive thoughts. Thank you so much to all that have sent messages and good vibes to my Hollie Jol! She’s giving it her all and is like a different today! Keep doing what you are doing She’s coming home for the night at 8pm and back in again tomorrow at 8:30am but it’s progress! Deborah at Hope Vets is the BEST! Thank you all Steph & Hollie xx
