I have the biggest, sweetest, goofiest smile ever. And I smile a lot😊Even though I am sad because I have been stuck in kennels for 4 years when I would love a real home. Even though I have no special person to love and to love me. Even though I walk the same small space over and over when really I want to run free. I smile.

So here is a bit more info about me. And some pictures of me smiling. Because however sad I feel sometimes, I can always find a smile when someone needs one 😊

⭐️ABOUT ME⭐️
I'm a big fine boy with a giant heart💛 to match! Large labrador/Retriever sized, about 6 years old with typical sweet, kind and bouncy lab personality 🥰

My story is a sad one. I was thrown out of a car on the highway, and even though I ran after my people until my legs gave out and I thought my heart would burst, they drove away and left me behind. I still don't know why they did that 😢

You see, I'm an amazingly friendly and affectionate boy – my tail doesn’t stop wagging and I gives the best hugs!I get on with everyone and I'm lovely company. I'm very easygoing and full of the joys of life, despite my hardships and disappointments🌞

🧸 I can be homed with female dogs🐶🩷 and older children, and I is friendly with cats🐈‍⬛too!

🧸I can show dominance with other males so I get on better with female dogs. I has a BIG (but kind) personality, so someone experienced with large dogs is ideal.

🧸 I'm a bouncy boy and not lead trained. And I do jumps up sometimes when I'm excited. But I'm a good, bright boy and willing to learn. I'd love to take dog classes.

🧸I'd love hoomans with an active lifestyle please! And a house with a garden in a rural/semi-rural area would be pawfect. But not mandatory.
🌈I've seen my kennel buddies come and go, yet here I stay, homeless and living a life of confinement. I'd truly love a family to call my own. I'll be your best boy if you give me my golden chance and let me love you🥰🌈

Toby is looking for a forever home 🐾🧡

Toby is 4yo, neutered & can live with a friendly, playful female dog.

Toby was found as a tiny pup on the streets of Macedonia, abandoned and alone. After couple of years waiting for his family, he has been offered a foster home in Dorset.

Toby is a soft, gentle soul. He has the look of a white teddy bear and the heart of a loyal companion. He adores women and children, and while he can be cautious with men at first, once he learns to trust, he gives his whole heart.

Life hasn’t always been easy for Toby, and it has left him with some worries. Busy places, traffic, and car journeys still overwhelm him, so his walks are short and simple. But his foster family have been working closely with a trainer and behaviourist, and Toby has started to show real progress. He is learning commands like “leave” and “look,” and he now manages local walks more calmly. The fearful barking is softer and shorter, and he has even begun to walk happily alongside trusted family members. Slowly, he is discovering the world doesn’t have to be so frightening.

At home, Toby has found comfort. He loves back scratches, wiggling with joy when he asks for one. He is content being left for short periods, and he enjoys having space to relax.

He needs a calm, patient home, ideally in a quiet or countryside setting, with people who will gently guide him and give him the time he needs to fully trust. Toby especially loves children, playing fetch with them, joining in the fun, and always being part of the good times. Because he can sometimes play nip when excited, a home with school-age children would be best, as younger children might find this overwhelming.

Toby would also benefit from the companionship of a friendly, playful female dog, who can give him confidence and enjoy playtime with him.

Toby is still young, full of love, loves to play and run, and is waiting for someone who can see past his worries and help him blossom into the wonderful companion he is meant to be ❤

"Hello lovely peoples! I'm Leah - I'm a funny, cuddly 2-year-old mixed terrier with a huge personality and a ginormous heart 💗. I have so much love to give 🥰

I was adopted last year by a lovely family. But sadly....I now need a new home 😢
It isn't because I've done anything wrong - I promise! The other dog in the house is not coping well, and I need a different environment to truly thrive.

🌸A bit about me....🌸
🪻 I'm very playful, full of curiosity, and I thrive on learning and engaging with my hoomans. My intelligence shines through in everything I do, and it's no surprise I love mental stimulation, training games, and one-on-one attention.

🌻My family say I'm bright as a button and have learned so much in such a short space of time. I know many commands, have learned to be patient around food, not sn**ch, and wait for instruction before going out through the door or gate🏅

🌷Walks are very exciting for me but unfortunately, this is the moment all my training goes out the window. You see I can sometimes feel overwhelmed in certain situations, especially around other dogs. And I have a few specific triggers that can make me reactive.

🌼But the good news is we know what those triggers are. So with the right support, structure, and understanding I have made (and can continue to make) amazing progress. I just need a calm, consistent environment where I feel safe and secure, ideally one without other pets or children in the home (even though I really do love playing with kids).

🏡I think I’ll be happiest in a home where I can build a trusting bond with my main person or couple and enjoy a peaceful life full of enrichment, adventure, and connection.

💟I absolutely love cuddles and will get in bed with my person when given the chance! I love drying myself off all over the bedsheets 😱 but also love snuggling up under a blanket. Cheeky but adorable 😍"

Thank you Leah. We know that there is someone out there who would love an active, energetic girl like our Leah. Someone who would love to take her for hikes, devote time to train her, and provide her with the calm environment she needs to become the best version of herself. 🧡Gingerbiscuit floofster Margo is all alone now & seeks forever/foster home🧡

Saved from abandonment on the streets of Macedonia, shy 9 month old MARGO leaned on her more outgoing and confident sister Megan. But now Megan has gone, and Margo is facing life all alone in kennels 💔

Margo says.:
❤️‍🩹I am so heartbroken and confused. I'm quite a timid girl and I relied on my sister for reassurance. I don't know how I will cope in kennels all alone without her strength and love. Megan has been adopted up so quickly, I know she is gorgeous but they tell me I am too. Yet still I wait. It's so hard to understand why noone wants me.

🧡I'm just a baby really, and I look like a big floofy teddybear🧸. I need a loving home where I can feel safe as I experience life and the world, and with people who can help train and socialise me as I grow.

About me:
🐾I am 9 months old medium to large size akita cross (possibly crossed sharplaninac). Actually, most of me is floof so I'm not as big ut I am definitely as soft as I look 😍

We are urgently looking for an adult-only foster home for Susan. 🙏

This little girl, through no fault of her own, is in urgent need of an urgent foster home.

Ideally, she needs a pet-free home, but she could be homed with a larger, calm dog.

She’s 3yo, spayed.

Her owner has health issues that require Susan to be rehomed urgently and right now we really need everyone’s support and a massive share to make sure she’s found a place as soon as possible 🙏

🩷LOLA'S PUPDATE!🩷
Lola recently celebrated her 3rd anniversary of her Gotcha Day, so we thought she deserved her own star update here on thr main page!

🎀Lola's family shared this lovely message:
"Happy gotcha day! Can’t believe it’s 3 years since we collected Lola from kennels in Sheffield. Lola was very very nervous and the kennels said she was the worst they had ever see😢

✨️Here we are three years later and although she can occasionally be nervous, she has come on so much. Trains 🚉and buses 🚌- no problem, she’s a pro now, gets in board and just lies down at our feet. We can go to steam fairs, Christmas markets etc and she’s fine.
She loves the beach🏖 (only gets her feet wet 😂), so today we visited black rock sands, near Porthmadog Wales. She’s a happy girl, who loves to snuggle and for her size takes up a lot of the bed!🛋

We wouldn’t be without her. Thank you Strays Without Borders for letting us adopt our gorgeous girl.
She still hasn’t grown into those ears yet though 😂"

🥰LOVELY TASHA ( SEEN HERE WITH ALL HER FRIENDS) IS READY TO BE ADOPTED😍

Tasha has been through so much and her story is a sad one. Tasha says:

🐾Hello Friends. My name is Tasha and I'm a 5 to 6-year-old lab mix girl who has experienced a huge transformation since I was found in a horrible state in a Macedonian village two years ago 😢. I had erlichia and severe demodicosis. I had no fur and people treated me like I had the plague! It was so terrible, and I was scared and just moments away from dying. My last hope was in the hands of my rescuers. Thankfully, they saved me and managed to nurture me back to health ❤️‍🩹. And I've been absolutely fine ever since. Just look at me! I'm pretty gorgeous 😍

💔Unfortunately I ended up being one of the longest residents at the shelter, spending my days in a small, confined space. But Inever gave up. I had already come too far to ever give up hope.

⚘️Luckily, I was recently brought to the UK to be fostered. It's a nice family but I know they're not MY family and I really want to find my forever home⚘️

🌸Despite my hard start in life, in kennels I was known for my lovely temperament and loved everyone, including kids and other dogs. However, the transition from shelter to a foster was difficult for me and it set me back. I'm working hard and mproving every day though. I like when others respect my space and will let you know if I'm uncomfortable 🌸.

🌷I'm hoping for an adult only home now with calmer males as I can be a bit dominant.
🪻I'm quite large and playful, and some dogs find it a bit much, so I'd do best with a very relaxed dog and owners who have experience with large dogs
🌺A rural home would be perfect 👌

🌻I am still working on my recall, but like to run and play in safe areas. I can pull on the lead but am improving.
🌼I'm wary of strangers and need very gradual introductions.

💛GOLDIE'S SECOND CHANCE💛
We were made aware of Goldie’s desperate situation through the rescuers we help. Her owner had health problems that prevented her from providing the care Goldie needed😔

✨️As luck would have it one of the families who applied to our rescue was still waiting for a suitable dog and kindly offered to give Goldie the very much needed second chance…✨️

🐾"Hi folks. I'm Goldie... And I was rehomed a week ago. I spent a few days sitting in various cars, with various people, going to strange places - only to end up in a nice house with 2 people who professed to 'love me'. But everything was wrong. It didn't smell right, they sound weird, and as for the food - pah?!?

🐾They insisted I went on walks - although I have to admit doggy Facebook is fabulous 🤩 I am getting used to things. I have had a brush - ooh, that was really nice 🙂 and they have friends that want to tell me how gorgeous I am!!! I have decided that I'll sleep in the bathroom - that way I get to be the chief loo monitor 🤣

🐾I have a wonderful dog walker checking in on me and taking me for a doggy Facebook catch-up at lunchtime. Even the food isn't 'that' bad after all and they got the right dentastix ### Life's going to be ok after all ❤"

A little bit about me....

I'm food obsessed. My foster mama laughs when I do my happy dance every morning when I see her come downstairs because I know it's breakfast time😆. If I hear a dish clink or a rustle of packaging then be prepared to pay the food tax 🧀😂. The kitchen and garden are my favourite places to hang out 💚

⭐️I'm a good girl and I will sit beside my foster family, but I still don't want to be touched. My foster mama thinks I may accept contact in time..I just need to take things at my own pace and build trust. But I'm calm, gentle and peaceful🥰

I live with Ella 🐕and Willow🐶 and also a parrot 🦜 (!l and we get along fine with no problems. I often like to keep to myself, although I do steal Ella's bed and it winds her up 🤭. I'd be fine living with another dog or other small creature, or as an only furbaby✨️

💗My foster mama says I'm a lovely happy wee soul, content to sit in the garden and pootle about. I'm not able to be walked because I'm terrified of the lead, so I'd suit someone who’s not bothered about that. Maybe an older person that just wants company in the home. I have no other issues, and even though you can’t touch me, I enjoy human company and I'm lovely to have around the place. I like to lie on the sofa and watch TV 😂. I also sleep well at night.

My fostermum says:

💝"Suzy is a dream. She wags her tail constantly , she listens to you talk to her and tilts her head to the side so cutely. Although you can’t stroke her yet she does love human company and I believe in time she will allow contact x" 💖

🎈PUPDATE: OUR 3 INTREPID TRAVELLERS FROM MACEDONIA...MEET OUR NEW UK FURBABIES! 🇬🇧

✨️3 of our puppers have just arrived in the UK after days of journeying to be with their new families 🥰

💟Lab siblings Bella and Rocky are now in foster homes, and Megan (one half of the Megan and Margo sisterhood) is adopted! All are safe and sound and starting to settle in their UK homes🏡
🌈Their new lives begin here....🐾

🌠Stay tuned for more pupdates on these happy babies in the near future! And don't forget, Bella and Rocky will be seeking their forever homes too!💕
