This weekend we had the absolute pleasure of having Barney for his first stay with us. He is the most wonderful Show Cocker Spaniel and was every bit as loving and cuddly as he looks! We enjoyed a lovely county walk on Saturday which of course he took full advantage of rolling in every muddy puddle there was, the rest of the afternoon was spent in the garden getting dry from his bath and relaxing in the sunshine ☀️ We look forward to having Barney again in the future 💕

Last weekend we had the ever so adorable Ruby come stay with us again. We haven't seen her since this time last year and she came running in knowing exactly where she was 🤣She is such a sweet and loving girl, we had a lovely time enjoying the sunshine with plenty of naps and cuddles 💕

⭐ Bank holiday fun with Otis ⭐
Jam packed bank holiday weekend with handsome boy Otis including sun bathing and ice cream in the garden, attending Mozzies 1st birthday party, trip to the beach and soaking up more sun in the pub before heading home.

Already making our plans for Otis's next stay 🥰

⭐ Magical Merlin ⭐
A first time stay for Merlin and what a delight this boy is. Although it was a short stay we had the nicest time with him, we had a couple of lovely walks, laughs and the best cuddles. Merlin is a sleepy boy and wants nothing more than a comfy cushion and a fluffy blanket to snuggle up to, which is exactly what he got.
We look forward to seeing Merlin again soon, and his pawrents (who have left such lovely feedback we had to include it)!

A very quick 24 hour stay for the ever so handsome this weekend, a day well spent at the beach followed by a bath and an evening of lots of cuddles!
Can't wait to see him again in July when his lovely pawrents get married! 💕

So last week concluded our 3 weeks with Ernie. It was full of snowy walks and lots of naps and cuddles (catching up on much needed rest from our holiday). We loved every minute of having Ernie with us and can't wait to see him again in the new year. Thank you to Ernie's parents for trusting us with him for this period of time and for the lovely gifts all the way from Sri Lanka. He truly became part of the family and can't wait to see him in the new year 💕

Week 2 of 3 with Ernie and we spent it at with some beautiful frosty walks around Keswick, he is now a fully certified pub dog and ended each day with lovely cuddles around the fire 💕

Our wonderful regular Mozzie has not long turned 7m old, and his pawrents did us such a wonderful testimonial that we thought we’d gather some of our favourite memories that we’ve captured since meeting Mozzie all those weeks ago! Only a fleeting overnight stay last week for Bertie the Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen. He's just turned one and was so well behaved, loved playing and having lots of sniffs in the garden with some lovely cuddles too. Hope to see you again Bertie!

One year ago today our Rover profile went live! We can’t believe the support we’ve had from our customers, whose four legged pups have a special place in our hearts and form our ever growing Pack. 12 months ago we didn’t think we’d get more than a handful of enquiries, yet here we are, we wanted to say thank you to our customers, friends and family for supporting and actively encouraging our love and passion for dogs. We’re so proud of how far we’ve come, many repeat customers, two holidays with our four legged friends, advice on training and enrichment, playing, structured walks and adventures and so much more. We’re so looking forward to the next 12 months and beyond building our experience as our little Pack grows and thrives…Thank you all for joining in our journey! 🐾🐶

It was a fleeting 24 hour visit for 14 year Border Terrier Tilly last weekend whilst her mum's attended a family wedding.

She was the sweetest girl who wanted nothing more than napping on the rug with her blanket keeping nice and cosy 💞

Golden Girl Evie
This weekend we had the ever sweet Red Golden Retriever, Evie stay with us while her mam attended a wedding down South. We sent lots of updates, photos and videos documenting all our fun adventures and cuddles so her mam could rest and enjoy her time away knowing Evie was well cared for and happy as any golden could be!

📆 Our calendar is booked up for 2023, and to remind you all that it is open for 2024 up to August and if you want to secure any dates beyond August 2024, you can still hold any dates with a non-refundable deposit of £10.00!

🧐We’ve solved the mystery… we’ve found the happiest Whippet, with the waggiest tail of all! Priorot was such a dream to watch yesterday, he was so snuggly and sweet. We can’t wait to have him again soon!

We had Bernie stay with us last weekend, he’s currently our longest standing customer, so he left with a treat bag and a new toy in his bag for his troubles – it’s been such a pleasure having him stay with us many times this last year, and we’re excited to say he will be staying many more times to come...take a look at some of our favourite moments with our friend Bernie the Border Collie (and cuddliest boy)
