UPDATE … thanks everyone we think we have someone coming round this evening to help us get it sorted ….
Just a note to all our customers booked in today … please bear with us … we are still operating but at a reduced capacity so it may take us slightly longer than usual to get your dogs back to you.

Can any of our customers recommend a local electrician that may be available immediately …. One of our dryers has blow some of the electric sockets in the salon (and yes we have turned them back on at the mains 😂).

Any recommendations would be welcomed ⚡️

The Sun is shining….and its heating up in the salon…

We are washing and drying all dogs with cool air and water but for some dogs the grooming process can be stressful, if you think your dog is struggling with the heat at home then we advise not to bring them in for their groom if you have an appointment….please give us a call and we can cancel and postpone your appointment with no cancellation fee if this is the case.

If the temperature reaches 27° inside the salon then we will take the decision to close and will contact any appointments to let them know…..

Your dogs welfare is our priority and if we think they are struggling we will not go ahead with your groom…….enjoy the weather while it lasts 🌞

We are extremely busy this week … only a few appointments available at the moment … quickest way to get booked in is to message the salon phone on 07988 456886 as we don’t check the page for notifications regularly throughout the day.

We’ve got an electrical problem with the shower in the salon … 😩 after all the maintenance work is complete aswell.

Can anyone recommend a local company that can fix / replace electric showers so we can get back open and washing dogs again.

Just wondering if any of our wonderful clients are in flooring game or know anyone they can recommend who is that may be able to help.

Our bathing room currently doesn’t have a floor and is made of concrete … not a good combination when it’s constantly damp!

We are looking to put some kind of non slip waterproof flooring down and are looking for someone who can give us some advise and a quote for the work.
