‼️ CLIENT NOTICE ‼️

Please be advised we are still currently booking up 2-3 weeks in advance.

When booking your dogs grooming appointment please take this into account as we will not be able to give you an immediate appointment. We are running a cancellation list which take priority when any last minute slots become available.

If you do need specific days / times then please ensure you book these in advance as currently late / weekend appointments are now late May / June time.

Lisa’s sister’s cocker spaniel has just had puppies 🥰 that are looking for their forever homes. From a working line … Nala their mum is a super sweet girl… anyone interested can contact the salon or contact them direct through the advert.

We have 2 boys and one girl available! KC registered. All black with white markings to their chest. Mum Nala ( kentwone penny heather ) is a loving pet from a family home. She has an excellent temperament and is good with children and other dogs. Sire is Eddie-Cragglands Young Phantom at Naxshiva

I still can’t beleive that this is happening, my beautiful boy suddenly passed away on Tuesday 🌈
No words will ever explain the love I have for him I feel like part of my soul has been ripped from me. I will never meet another dog like him in this lifetime he was simply the best 💔
3 years of having him by my side will never seem enough but I’ll hold every second I spent with him in my heart forever.. My baby, my good boy, my protector, my Hector 🧡

I will be in touch with everyone who’s appointments have been cancelled I just ask if everyone can bear with me while I try process everything.

‼️ CHANGE TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS ‼️

In January we had almost £500 of missed appointments, where clients have either cancelled immediately before or not turned up for their appointment without notifying us…. And February looks set to reach a similar figure.

Ruffs invested in a system over a year ago which sends out automatic reminders 24 hours before appointment times to help clients and to give the opportunity to re-schedule or cancel appointments if they are no longer required.

As a business we have done everything we can to ensure you are aware of your appointment date and time.

From 1st march, no showed appointments will now be charged at 100% of the groom cost, which we ask to be paid prior to us re-booking a new appointment. This is also the case for late arrivals, we allow 15 minutes grace, … after this time we can not accept the appointment as it has too big an impact on our working day and later clients … this will then also be classed as a missed appointment and 100% of the groom cost payable.

We are a busy salon and often have to turn dogs away, but when a client cancels last minute or misses their appointment, we are unable to re-fill that slot and the time is gone. The dog will still get groomed, all be it a little later, but we can not get that time back and the groomer has to either take the loss or work more hours in order to make that money back. We understand that things change and we don’t mind if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment but please give us as much notice as possible so we are able to offer appointments to waiting dogs.

As much as we love what we do, we still have bills and overheads to cover and the big losses each month do have an impact

We are extremely busy at the moment. We are fully booked until Friday 7th March …. Please don’t leave it until your dog is desperate for their groom and book your appointments early or you may find you have a wait to get in.

We do have a cancellation list so once you have your appointment if you would like to be added to this for an earlier slot then let us know.
