Winston is sharing great news ✨

From this week I now have someone helping with the admin side of the business - that means answering all of your lovely messages quicker than I have been 😀

The handsomest Chester started his ultrasonic teeth cleaning journey with us - his mum detected the start of tartar build up 👹 and with his first session it was gone ✨

Prevention is key 🔑 and Chester will keep his pearly whites with regular maintenance sessions 🐶

I will be no longer accepting appointments on the tuft app. I will be getting in touch with everyone to confirm appointments previously made on there - but any new requested will be rejected. I will be removing the app asap.

Please be responsible for your OWN appointment schedules. Please book in salon or message me with your next request. We are so busy in salon it’s becoming increasingly difficult to automatically manage peoples appointments on their behalf.

You’ve all met Lily in the salon over the past (almost) 3 years whilst she’s been training with me. So happy that she can now start her own grooming journey….

Good morning ✨

I still have a hand full of people to contact regarding appointments - sorry for the delay.

Aside from those I am now FULL for April & May. I have limited June appointments due to personal holidays.

I will be opening July & August diary this week and will update all requests on the app for this month.

From mid-May I will now be working alone under Alfie & Bear. You all know Lily who has been working with me - she is setting up independently but will be working within the salon.

She will be starting her own business - and I ask any of you willing to support her please do book with Lily for future appointments if possible. She may not be able to accept all standards of grooms at the moment as she builds her skills & confidence.

I simply won’t be able to keep everyone with me, so I just ask you to support her the way you did for me when I started!

Sorry for the social media silence we’ve been extremely busy the last few weeks.

I am currently making my way through messages

My diary is open until end of June - any requests on messages or the booking app from July onwards will not be confirmed yet.

ALL of my Saturdays are fully booked from now until the mid/end of June.

I am now FULL for April and have LIMITED availability for May.

I have commitments with college training this month which means I am having to change some people’s appointments or asking people to go slightly longer than normal.

Please remember it is your responsibility to book appointments - I am too busy to automatically remember everyone’s schedules so please make sure to book ahead on your next visit.

My price increase is in effect from April 1st please message me with any queries regarding this.
