We’ve had a tough start to the year, and me and Andrew have needed to take a bit of time out! So our amazing team has been in charge and I am so grateful 🥰 we get daily updates and are always on hand if there’s any issues but as usual they ace it! We are so proud of them and appreciate them immensely ❤️However on a sad note this week we received a 1⭐️ review, which totally shook the team. The reason being we’d apparently missed a message and hadn’t replied to them, understandably the whole team was devastated! We’ve just worked non stop over the Christmas period and have worked tirelessly making sure everything is ok, often missing out on family time as a result! I’ve got to hold my hands up, as at Christmas time I tell the team our priority is the pets staying with us and we are perhaps more lax in replying to emails and texts, as I believe the team needs a balance of work and family life!! It’s tough running a small business and we rely heavily on our positive reviews, a negative review can have huge impact on us as well as effecting the teams morale!
