Time for some 🌟

This week, Dottie has some important words to share with us! She is a 3 year old Kangal Shepherd who has been with us for 119 days now. She can be rehomed with children 8+. Dottie could potentially live with another dog after a couple of successful meetings. She has been nothing short of a pleasure to take care of since her arrival.

Dottie says:

"This month is National Pet Hyrdration Month and with the hot weather upon us, staying hydrated is more than just a comfort, it’s essential. Dogs like me can overheat quickly, and without enough water, we’re at risk of serious health problems. Make sure our bowls are always clean and topped up, especially after walks or playtime.

For cats, who can be fussier drinkers, try placing water bowls away from food or using a pet fountain to encourage them. Hydration keeps us cool, regulates our temperature, and helps our organs work properly. Please help us stay safe this summer!"
