How beautiful are Sunny and Belle?
Once again our hearts melt when our patients feel this at home during our consults. As you can see neither Belle or Sunny were phased with being in our mobile clinic. Using pet remedy also helps keeping kitties calm.
Belle and Sunny had their annual health check and boosters with us. Lots of treats and smooches too!

Magnificent Molly 💚
Our exotic team went along to see Molly recently when her family were worried she developed a lump.
Molly is usually a little shy around new people. We took our time, gaining her trust and by the end of our examination she was sitting on our shoulders and chatting away, saying her favourite phrases and mincing her canine companion.
It truly warms our hearts when our normally shy or nervous patients feel so comfortable around us!
Even our feathered friends need regular check ups to ensure we are keeping them in tip top condition 🦜
Cuddles the cockatoo is just as happy as us to have our page back up and running!

Did you know, you can now order repeat prescriptions for flea, wormer and long term medications on our online shop.
The video below shows you have to use the system but also here is a step by step guide.

🛍️ Select the branch Tyne and Wear or Teesside
💊 Click on the correct tab for the items you would like to order (flea/worm, medication, food etc)
🐶 Select the correct item for your pet.
🐱 Register all of your pets details, including their weight.
🚚 Select how often you would like the medications delivered to your door
💻 Register your details
❤️ If you are part of our Pet Health Club, there is a little box to tick and your flea/wormer will be delivered free of charge. You will also receive your 10% on anything else you order.
Patients not registered with our Pet Health Plan will be asked for payment at the time.
🎁 Your medications will then arrive within 5-7 days after authorisation.
📦 You will be given tracking information and kept up to date the whole process.

The new law comes into place on 10th June. If you would like your cat microchipped please call us on 0191 466 1440.
