Why are Dog Grooming T&S so in depth??

Because the majority of us are self employed or a one person business and need to protect ourselves.

I have T&Cs in place for lateness, dogs (and owner) behaviour, coat health, the health of your dog...it's never ending.

I also have VERY strict T&Cs for payment ...

If you book a FULL groom appointment with me then decide on the day you'd only like a bath, I will still charge that full original groom price because of the time I've allocated for you (unless you've gave me 48hrs notice to change appointment).

If I have to send a dog away 5mins into a grooming appointment for a reason out of my control (fleas, matting, behaviour) you WILL pay for the time allocated.

If you miss an appointment, you'll be given 12hrs to pay for the FULL appointment or you will be permanently removed from my business.

The day Dog Groomers are treated like any other business will be the day I'm happy, but it still seems people see us a "service" for their dog and shouldn't pay any of the above because it doesn't benefit them.

These T&Cs aren't any different to any other business so please be respectful to us all 💙

I've now done all upcoming appointments (I think!), if I've forgotten anyone, I do apologise, just drop me a message and I'll sort it ASAP 💛

2025 is already looking like it's going to be my busiest yet so remember....book ahead, I'm a one woman band and appointments go fast!
