27 years now!

Well proud moment it is officially Petnanny's 15th birthday( though Petnanny has been going longer). I still remember, vividly, the look on everyones face including my family when I said I was setting up a professional dog walking company. The business course had many different types of wannabe business starters and they thought I was the cookie dog lass ( ok so nothing has really changed) and their reply was simple ' you think you can earn moment walking dogs' well sniggers are long gone as are the looks of disbelief. No matter how hard it was in the beginning and how long it took to build my reputation I am so happy to have been a trail blazer in this area!

Every week we walk little actions remind us what we need to work on.
Today was not little actions but the little ones shamelessly mugging our guest 😬.
No chance of an ego when you have the guys and gals showing up holes in your training.

We managed three different walks with varying degrees of wetness but much joy.
Wilfred had some lead practise whilst his mates were free he did a lot better handling his frustration and was rewarded with the speedy lads get together.
Lunes decided Arlo was the best fun, lovely watching them play, Arlo was well and truly dumped by his girl Savage who decided Rez is now her beau, Rez took it with good grace and tolerated her daft play attempts.
Lottie was on fire, Nula was here there and every where

A big ask from Colin today, also a hard ask for young Raffy!
Three entire boys all learning to be part of a bigger family. In all honesty I’m in awe of Rafael he was justly rewarded with some free time after behaving impeccably.
Colin had a couple of inappropriate play moments where his crash and bang play style is all wrong. Chester handled it like a pro and actively sought him out to show him how he should play ( go Chester).
Cass said a hard no so I was delighted until he couldn’t resist a bit collie goading haha
Tod chose to entertain himself with collie games with me and never had any tension in any interactions.
Skye was a responsible adult and nanny 95% of the time whoop!
To have entire males be willing to learn in a safe environment is a blessing no escalating if they were told no by the adults.
No dogs were forced to interact which is so important to me
It was lovely to see Nanny Paul step up to support, interrupt or encourage anyone who needed it!
