Over the next couple of weeks we will be carrying out market research at Newcastle promenade in the evening to further develop the business, this information helps us to understand dog owners and their daily requirements to target our services, for example we know alot of owners travel in from areas such as Downpatrick to walk their pets in Newcastle.

We use our branded vans for mobile advertising and place the vans in areas used by high volumes of pet owners to generate new business, we know this is effective as our customers tell us they got our contact details of the van, and as a result a interaction with a older potential customer who was concerned about passing away and leaving her pet behind she asked us if we mind if she gave our contact details to her solicitor to contact us in such a event to look after her pet and we agreed, as a result of that interaction we now operate a HOME ALONE key holding service for customers or potential customers with such concerns.

We also hold keys for home visits and have been contacted by customers who have locked themselves out or lost keys and can't gain access to their own homes, this service gives customers peace of mind in the event they can't make it home for whatever reasons we have access to their pets at all times.

Our market research allows us to make decisions about future investment in the business and other pet related services and one example of this we bought the branding and websites for a
Local pet hydrotherapy business PAWS 4 SWIM and the websites where left up and running for us after the business ceased trading which allowed us to monitor traffic coming through the website.

Our market research also shows us we need a bigger and better online presence we had hoped to complete the new website for our eleventh anniversary however this has not been possible due to other work commitments.

Hi guys, we are offering a number of new services including home from home boarding and dog daycare which are only available to customers using our dog walking services.
The way we do business has also changed with the greater need by the customer to access information on our services online, so with that in mind we are launching a fresh new website
Hopefully in time for our 11th anniversary celebrations.
Please remember we don't answer the phone when out on our walks for safety reasons so if you want to book a slot for a walk leave your name and number and we will return your call as soon as we can. Many thanks Stephen

Remember guys, we operate a pet to vet and pet to groomer service and stay with your pet if required, prices start from £20 per hour this service is subject to availability.
Our vans are fitted with crash tested safety cages with escape hatchs and protective rubber matting for your pets comfort and protection.

Our summer schedule commences from tomorrow the 1st of April and we have extra availability for on our morning and afternoon walks £10 for 30 minutes and £15 for 60 minutes.
Please note our Tollymore and Castlewellan forest walks are for 60 minutes only and we only do group walks with dogs from the same family and all other walks are on a one to one basis with your dog.

To celebrate our upcoming 11th anniversary we are adding some new services with limited places and subject to availability, and one of those new services is a weekly visit to Beechgrove dog fun park Banbridge for some adventures.
And the price includes transportation to and from the dog fun park as well as admission costs
For your furry friend and lasts 2 hours 30 mins including travel, cost £30 per dog with discounts for multiple dogs from the same family the price quoted is for dogs living within 2 miles of Newcastle Town centre area.

Hi fur parents, we currently have a few spaces available on the Monday to Friday run at the moment for dog walking £10 for 30 minutes and £15 for 60 minutes, we also offer home visits starting at £15 for 20 minutes which includes toileting and feeding, we also offer a nightline visiting service between 6pm and 11pm at £20 for 20 minutes all appointments must be prebooked, for further information and booking telephone 07549 312059.

My best boy shadow passed away peacefully at home today, going you miss you shadow my heart is 💔 love you always son. Thank you to cromlyn house vets in Hillsborough for their professional care of shadow over this last couple of months.
Shadow has struggled with the loss of his two brothers Rex and Jake and tonight he is reunited with them.
