The thought was there by me (Amy) for a long time, as she was sick of paying for overpriced natural treats and for novel proteins (kangaroo, wild boar, horse, ostrich etc), when she discovered her eldest dog suffers from multiple animal protein allergies and various grain allergies.
❗️It’s can be very difficult to buy a dog treat/chew in mainstream stores that is single animal protein, which helps those with allergies. Things will be labelled ‘venison’ on the front of a packet of treats, you turn it over and there will be a % of chicken or duck in there. Meaning the product is not a single animal protein product, and can cause a dog with protein allergies to flare up.
