Bluechip round up ☘️
A day full of firsts for the young members of the team on Tuesday we headed up to bluechip to stay over the night which all 3 haven’t yet experienced a stay over show, they all settled incredibly well over night and seemed to be happy in there home away from home for the night🥰
First up on Wednesday was my own & carries HBC Bella who took us all by surprise handling the main indoor arena like a pro a few poles fell in the Novice Championship where she’s just not had any experience at a track that technical, onwards and upwards for her now with a busy season ahead 🥰
Next up was Danger Zone I owned by Emma Smales, our plan with him was to put our training into practice and use the rounds as schooling rounds, we did just that with some error poles along the way overall he is jumping better but we are still working on the ride ability inbetween fences and trying to keep our back legs on the floor overall we learnt a lot and we know what we need to work on ready for our next show! 🥰
Last but not least Murphys Diamond Emperor owned by Carrie Ashbolt jumped his little socks off! What a little horse, only his 9th BS show and it was a huge championship show, he really bust a gut for me round some big technical tracks, really impressed with his attitude to a big show like that and really put his best foot forwards! 🥰
A very long busy weekend spent with the 3 older members of the team this weekend!
Cabri Louvo owned by Anish blew us all away on day 1 with his turn of speed showing through winning the 1m open warm up class and finishing 6th out of over 100 in the 95cm qualifier class which meant we got through to the final! Although it wasn’t meant to be in the final he’s jumped his socks off all weekend!! 🦄
Oakford Maisie May owned by Kimberlee Buckley jumped a super speedy round on day 1 to finish hot on Cabri louvo’s heels for a 2nd in the opening class followed by a weekend of pesky 4 fault itis costing us the win in 2 classes 😭 but we can’t let that take away from the fact she jumped insane and just seeks to have extreme bad luck! ☘️
Last but not least Chesney III owned by Emma Smales came out to play having had a few quiet weeks due to a small back problem he jumped great all weekend just getting back into the swing of things finishing the weekend with a 2nd in the final class
A quick 2 day turn around before we head to our first Wales & West of the season with 6 horses ☘️☘️
