Dear Snuggly Snoods family,
We regret to inform you that due to the impact of Storm Darragh, we’re having to close our shop for bespoke orders from
**Friday the 13th**
Since Saturday morning, we’ve been without electricity, hot water, or heating, and it’s been a challenge to keep up with your orders using only candlelight and battery-powered lights!!
We’ve been informed by National Grid that our electricity is expected to be restored by Thursday at 10pm, but unfortunately, they’ve already pushed back the estimated time several times, so we’re not holding out much hope that this will be fulfilled.
While we’re working tirelessly to complete current orders, we’ve made the difficult decision to pause bespoke orders from Friday, including our popular Bear Snoods, until January. This ensures no delays for your Christmas snoods, as we don’t want to risk disappointing anyone during the festive season.
Our shop will remain open for clearance items and stock items we currently have available.
We’re deeply sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding during this challenging time. Thank you so much for your incredible support throughout the year—it means the world to us!
We wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, and we look forward to reopening with fresh creations in January!
