It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of my mum on Tuesday 20th August. Because of this I am taking some much needed time off to spend with my family whilst I try to navigate a life without her. I have contacted all customers that are booked in for August and September and have cancelled all appointments. I apologise for the inconvenience but I hope you can understand.
Here are some local dog groomers that know of my situation and have agreed to help groom your dogs whilst I take some annual leave.

It is with a heavy heart that I will be cancelling all appointments for this month and next month as my incredible mother is in her final hours of battling Oesophageal cancer. I will be spending this time with her in her final hours and will be taking the time to mourn her and grieve with my family. I apologise for any inconvenience caused but I will be contacting all customers booked in with details of local groomers that are willing to help groom your dogs whilst I spend some much needed time with my family. Thank you for all of your support and understanding. I will be contacting all customers when I return to work ♥️

I have been experiencing a few dogs coming in with fleas lately. Please note that if your dog has fleas we will need to rearrange your appointment until they have been treated; I can not allow dogs with fleas in my salon as there is a risk they may spread to other dogs. There will be an additional fee of £15 added to the price of your groom if your dog has fleas as I need to use a flea shampoo on them and have to thoroughly disinfect and flea bomb my salon after your dog, I will also need to CANCEL any other dogs booked in after your dog in order to prevent further infestation. PLEASE NOTIFY ME IF YOU FIND ANY SIGNS OF FLEAS ON YOUR DOG BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT! I really appreciate it. 🐾🐶

Appointment availability 🥰 I am completely fully booked for Full grooms in August with only a few spaces for Bath & brush/ Puppy grooms. Please note; I can not squeeze people in as I have to prioritise time with my family as my mum is on palliative care, so please make sure you book at least 2 appointments in advance to avoid disappointment. I do have a cancellation list I can put you on and I can contact you in case anyone cancels, however there is no guarantee this will happen. Thank you for keeping me so busy! 😘
