✨🌈Did you know that babies can also benefit from the beautiful healing energy of Reiki? 🌈✨

As adults, sometimes we seek out Reiki as a form of medicine or self-care when we need to restore equilibrium in our lives ~ for a 'top-up' ~ to enhance healing already underway ~ or to enter dream states. I never intended to work with energies & Spirit the way that I do. As a child, I would have meltdowns when my sister made potions from petals & shampoo, hiding them about the house... and now I'M the crystal-bearing, wax-scrying, ecstatic-dancing, mugwort-drinking sister, telling families that I've seen their unborn children whittling in the forest, composing at a piano or as an other realm Goddess waiting to unite with them once again...

I've seen a "passerby" walk up to the pool, have a peep in to see what's going on, give an affirming nod and then jolly away again ~ I've seen a previous life where I was again tending the same mother in her birth journey with the same Doula sister who supported her also ~ Baby in utero showed me who his brother was in a previous realm, who was sat along his current mummy incarnated as the beloved family pooch (who was staring at mum's tummy as I was shown this) ~ and a sweet Victorian girl stood at the end of my bed, shyly nod when I asked if she's waiting for her mummy.

I have never had a single connection while supporting in hospital (I'll let you ponder on that one) yet, each time I have attended such a birth, without a doubt a midwife asks me if I used to work there~ not in this lifetime darling, perhaps another

I realise now that I have only slightly touched on the topic of Energy work during pregnancy & birth... I haven't expressed what I actually intended to share! Perhaps this needed to be released first in order for the depths of what's to come to land more nourishingly.

💫Home birth after Caesarean (HBAC)💫

I started to write a post about HBAC facts, guidelines, blah blah blah... but in doing so, it really diverted the power, Magick and beauty AWAY from the birth itself 💛and to me, this birth truly deserves every ounce of deep love, celebration and sacred beauty for all of time❤️‍🔥 with awaiting baby stirring up tap-explosions and bath leaks (yes, they are a water sign!) 🌊 big (little) sis bearing (battery-powered) candles poolside 🕯 mummy wearing her art & tribal touches in front of the open fire🔥 and daddy blissfully, humbly, adoring his love ❤️‍🔥 nourishing her, hydrating her and whispering to her🌹

And me? Well I was in a headlock😆... as well as in awe 🥰
