🐶🐶 HOW OUR WELLY WALKS WORK 🐶🐶

🐶 The most important rule is to use the correct walk. We have 3 in operation so check your emails- be absolutely sure which walk you have booked and please use that walk.

🐶 Please bag any poops and place in the bins provided. We take pride in our lovely clean sites.
Please, please be kind enough to do the same.

🐶 Gates to be left open when leaving for the next customer to enter.

🐶 We have a 24hr cancellation policy so to get a refund you will need to cancel at least 24 hrs before your booking.

🐶 Please respect that the customers before or after you may have an anxious/ nervous dog so be mindful of this and wait in your vehicle away from the gate and allow them to leave in peace before entering for your walk. It would mean a great deal to them and us.

🐶 Be on time. - we run back to back so arrive and leave on time, it’s a good idea to set a timer for 30 mins when you arrive so you know when it’s time to head back to the car.

🐶 We would recommend removing collars and harnesses before you head off on your walk.
Welly walks are all about adventures and we have lots of obstacles and enrichment here.
We have found lots of collars and harnesses that have been snagged and pulled off so allow your dogs to be free, we are completely secure so let them enjoy the woodland, lakes and meadow adventures.

🐶 Last but by no means least. Thank you for your custom and we hope you enjoy spending quality time here with your dog. Hopefully they will love their time here and so will you❤️

🌳🌳🌳MAJOR OAKS IS OPEN🌳🌳🌳

We are delighted to announce that our new walk
MAJOR OAKS is OPEN FOR BOOKINGS from 7.30 am on Saturday 7th September 2024.

We have all worked super hard on this one and hope you love it as much as we do.
As the name suggests this is a woodland walk with the added delight of 3 water features so if your dog loves snuffling around in the woods or splashing around in water, this could be their new favourite place!!!!🐶💝

Perfect for the hunting types but equally delightful for all breeds, with paths all the way around for the less adventurous pooches Major Oaks is 100% secure for your peace of mind.
Perfectly developed for wheelchair, mobility scooters or pushchairs.

We have also put a dog wash inside the secure parking area so you can wash your dog off before you put them back in your car 💦

Due to the vast expanse of woodland we are limiting numbers to 6 dogs maximum at one time on this walk so customers can better keep track of their dogs.

To avoid traffic chaos we have set the hourly slots at half past the hour.

All the same rules apply, poo must be collected and put into bins provided and please treat our new walk with the same respect you give to Kingfishers Rest and Lillypond Meadows.🙏

All that is left to say is a Big THANK YOU to our Welly Walk Team but especially our daughter Sophie Quarterman who has worked tirelessly with us learning how to operate all types plant machinery , fencing , literally everything, giving up every evening and weekend for months, we wouldn’t have been any where near finished without her.😎🙌

Just a heads up to all our customers today.
There has been an accident on the A392 at the crossroads at Whitecross.
Please allow extra time to get here if your booked today ( weds 21st Aug ).
Please take the route near Trekkening Roundabout , ( first left after the roundabout heading towards Newquay.
Follow that road for roughly 1.5 miles, we are then on your right.

Please allow extra time to get here over the next few days due to Boardmasters .
We would hate your dogs to miss out on their adventures due to the increased traffic. 🐶❤️ A392 will be your best bet to get here

Morning Welly Walkers.

Just to say for those using Lillypond Meadows please wear Wellies or suitable waterproof boots as the grass can be quite dewy especially in the mornings even on sunny days and although our plan is to eventually put a winding path all the way around, we only have one to the Lillypond currently 🪷🪷
You can also go into the water slashes then with your dogs too if you wished 🐶😁

Now we have got 2 walks, as customers your responsibility is to make sure you are at the right walk at the right time and date, we have signs placed to direct you where you need to be.

Please don’t delete your confirmation emails as that has the gate code to enter and your booking date and time and please check the name of the walk that you book on our website, the names are sign posted next to the gate of the walks, we cannot police who comes and goes and you could potentially take someone else spot which not only ruins their day but is very uncomfortable for all concerned.
This is happening far to many times to mention so please stay organised so everything runs smoothly and everyone stays happy.😊

If your not sure where to go please call us before entering our walks.

We want our walks to be a nice experience for everyone so please make sure you consider other customers and stay organised with where you need to be 👍

Finally ,so so proud to announce our new walk is opening on Saturday 16th September at 9am.
We are now taking bookings for our Beautiful

Lillypond Meadows

We hope you really love our new space as much as we do ❤️🐶

Please , please collect your dogs poo and keep this one as clean as our Kingfishers Rest walk.
All the same rules apply.

This walk will be open on Tuesdays, Thursdays , Saturdays and Sundays so we can keep an eye on any snags and allow it recover from all the work we had to do in the inclement summer weather.⛈️
