BUG DELIVERY UPDATE
The bug delivery is delayed by a day, the company couldn’t get it out in time for next day delivery.

So it’s due for Wednesday 4th Aug

Always call if you’re not passing and we can tell you if it’s turned up yet. With the busyness of the town the courier has struggled to deliver in time. So hopefully back to a bit of normality now 😊

HELP!!!
If anybody knows these 2 young gentlemen, we would really appreciate it if you could get them to contact the Pet Shop ASAP!
They’re believed to be local, the one we really need to speak to is the one with a visible boardmasters wristband (the one at the front- in the photos).

We are currently working on some more footage with better photos working alongside the town CCTV operators.

Let it never be said that Newquay is just surf shops and chary shops! We have a pet shop too! To be fair it's been there years but I am pretty sure the signs got a lot bigger since Shanghai Express (which was upstairs) closed.

🙌🏼 GOOD NEWS!!!!
The 2 beds were retrieved by ourselves yesterday evening- after receiving plenty of information about these 2 local ladies.

I cannot thank Newquay community enough, for caring enough to flood us with information in regards to the theft. Less than 8 hours after posting we managed to get the beds back.

Those that helped with vital info will be rewarded, we couldn’t have done it without you all.
They will be added to the Newquay Shopwatch DISC list (with photos) so other shop owners are aware who they are. They received a lifetime ban from our shop in Newquay and our sister shop in Truro.

Well done Newquay! You’re the best! ❤️

⭐️ REWARD ⭐️
Yesterday (27/10/23) at 16:04 we had 2 beds stolen from outside the shop.
2 Women believed to be locals took almost £100’s worth of beds.

You can see them (top right) taking off the sheet and pulling 2 beds off the pile. They ran behind the church, we were unable to locate them. If you have any info PM us. We are waiting for clearer CCTV footage to be pulled off.

We are a small family run business and can’t afford losses like this- this can also not be tolerated in Newquay town. We work 7 days and do not tolerate this behaviour. We went out looking for them a few minutes after but couldn’t find them.

If anyone has any info from the video then please contact the shop. We are waiting for better photos which will be posted tomorrow. For now, this is all the footage we can get off.

If the people that “forgot” to pay for these beds are reading this, then feel free to pop in and pay for your bill or ring the shop- we are happy to take payment over the phone.

We have absolutely zero tolerance for shoplifting, the beds are a big black waterproof cushion and a big light pastel blue cushion with grey edges
