We provide dog walking and dog training in Newquay area we are delighted to pick-up and drop home your pooch from most locations so please get in touch. We will walk your four legged friend on their favourite walk, from the Cornish beaches to our fields and woodlands your dog will return home happily exercised. Our dogs are part of the family and we know how important they are to you which is why

we are dedicated to ensuring the highest levels of care and attention at all times. When play time is over, it's definitely time for cuddles! For your peace of mind we will personally visit and meet your dog before your first session so they can get to know us and us them in a familiar environment. ❄️ With the temperatures dropping at the moment and the gritters out on the roads, please make sure you clean paws, legs and tummies.
❄️ Grit can be harmful to animal's feet, especially if it becomes compacted with snow.

☢️ The salt content in grit can also make it hazardous to pets if they ingest it. If ingested it can cause vomiting and lethargy and in severe cases there is also a risk of kidney damage.

Cj’s 5 second challenge..... give it ago with your dog! Place a treat on the floor, walk out of the room and count to 5, re-enter the room and see if the treat is still there. If it is give it to your dog and praise them lots! If it’s not... don’t worry just gives us something to work on 😉🙃

Here is a clip of Honey learning a new scent (a very easy one of liver) and the first step of teaching her a sit indication. With bits of liver in a tub with holes in the top, when she sniffs the tub I ask for a sit and when she sits I reward her with liver from the tub. After a few times Honey began to offer the sit once she smelt the liver. Scent work is my favourite thing to do with dogs and there is so much they can do with their noses.

Today’s training for Cj was scent work. I had a new scent for him to find today. I have placed the scent into a tub with vent holes so that he can smell the scent, He is trained to paw/nose the area then sit to indicate that he has found the scent.
