Join us for a behind-the-scenes look with Tracey as she shares insights into caring for our Capybara, Johnson! 😊 Tracey conducts regular health checks on Johnson, carefully inspecting his toes, tummy, eyes, and ears. ✨ In addition to these check-ups, Tracey has also trained Johnson and his tapir housemates to sit, lie down, and even roll over! 😯
To watch the full video and learn more about Johnson, visit our YouTube channel by searching Wild Planet Trust! 😊
Did you know that pelicans swim in a line like this when they are hunting? They work together, swimming in synchronisation, and with each flap of their wings the sound they create drives the unsuspecting fish toward shallow waters! Once in the shallows, they can duck their heads under the water with their bills expanded and trap the fish🐟🐠💦
Snack time with Johnson: ASMR Edition🌿🌱🍃 Thank you Keeper Kelly for capturing this capy cuteness🥹

Meet Midge!🦦❤️
Midge, our friendly otter character, will be doing Meet & Greets on the Lawn (outside the Tropical House) every day in the summer holidays at 1:30pm-2pm! Why not make it more memorable by using our special Midge picture frame on our Wild Planet Trust App📸✨
You can also join her in making a pledge to conservation – hold a fish, make a wish, and let’s protect our planet together!🌏🐾 By pledging to do a 2-minute beach clean, eating locally sourced fish, or using less single-use plastics, you can make a big difference to your impact on the localk environment whilst on your trip to Cornwall♻️
