🎄We can't groom them all just the lucky ones🎄

I understand the frustration when you miss the boat on Christmas appointments. I try and inform clients ALL YEAR round but especially the months of October, November, December that your appointments need to be orginised and pre booked or your pup will miss out.

I have around 80% of our clients on a ongoing shedual of 1-12 weekly meaning that when December comes and everyone wants there pups beautiful for Christmas I need to extend hours to accommodate just my ongoing booked clientele.

Please remember its not personal if I can't fit your pup in or move your appointments, its humanly not possible. I appreciate all of my clients but to work in this industry long term as I have you need to love yourself, your body & your mental health to!❤
