Lovely Nala came today for her first ever puppy pamper… I had to keep telling myself that I’m not allowed to steal a puppy, she is lushhh!🥺

Big boy Bailey the sproodle in for his 6 weekly groom and teeth clean. He left feeling like a dapper dog ✨

Sweet little smiley Ruby has been coming to me since she was a teeny tiny pup.. I feel so privileged to have been grooming her for over 2 years 🥰

Lovely Daisy the cockapoo who is camouflaged as a spaniel had her autumnal spruce up, such a well mannered little pooch💋

"ATTENTION EVERYONE MY MUM HAS AN IMPORTANT POST TO MAKE'"

Thanks willow for grabbing everyone's attention!

A couple admin bits are being put in place here at Shampooch to make things better and easier for everyone!

• Payments are to now be done upon dropping off your dogs for their appointments.
Unfortunately I have had several incidents these past few weeks where people have not paid me or I am having to repeatedly chase them up.
We are a business.. a small one at that!
As much as I would love to give pooches free grooms, this unfortunately isn't possible.

I couldn't imagine going to my hairdresser.. getting my hair done.. and then not paying afterwards!
Payment details are now on the desk and we politely ask that you show your groomer that payment has been made too.

• Client record forms- are now being done via the booking app in order to save our lovely trees!

If you haven't already done it whilst booking your appointment online, I will send them out as a text to be done the night before your appointment.
Once these are done it won't be needed again, I just need to catch everyone up!

I hate to have a moan!

These lads like to act like they are too cool for a haircut when it’s drop off time But as soon as they are on their own and their pawrents are out of sight they are giving me cuddles and uninvited kisses!

It’s a good job I don’t take their wimpy facade personally. I know they love to visit me secretly😂

My gorgeous girlies are kicking off the Halloween pictures!🎃👻

I had a rare couple of hours baby free on the weekend and my idea of fun was to give Hazel and Willow a trans-fur-mation each!
It was on my to do list and they put a smile on my face as they were little angels to groom.

I really do count myself lucky everyday for having two sweet natured and loving dogs, they truly are the best and I love them unconditionally.

Little bit of soppy appreciation post to my little sidekicks for reminding me why I love what I do ✨

It’s Handstrip time of the year! 🥰🐾

Here we have the 2 cheeky terriers.
These lovely boys get their coats handstripped, this is the best method for terrier coats as it preserves their natural texture and colour.

We’re super lucky to have Taylor on our team at Shampooch who specialises in terrier handstrips, with two boys of her own theyre a firm favourite of hers!

The one and only Toast! We don’t get many pups through the door with this name.. well we’ve only had one and we love her🥰

Zola the standard poodle at only 6 months of age she absolutely aced her first Shampooch visit, I officially want a standard 😍

And last but not least handsome Jesse, another well behaved puppy who loves his pamper sessions. We can’t wait to watch him grow up🧡

Importance of Puppy Pampers!! Lovely Cookie here came to Shampooch for her first big girl haircut at 7 months old. Because her fab owners brought her to us at a very young age she has had multiplepuppy pampers with us which means she was completely relaxed, calm and thoroughly enjoyed her first full groom! Puppy pampers = stress free adult grooms Isn’t sweet Cookie just adorable! 😍🐾

THE SHAMPOOCH SALON HAS OFFICIALLY MOVED!! Super pleased to announce that this week is the first week for Shampooch at my new house! Confirmation texts contain our address and the reminder messages that get sent out two days before your appointment has directions on how to get there. Our new address is 6 kingskerswell road tq12 1DG. Please park at decoy park or along kingskerswell road that the Keyberry pub is on and walk down the lane (opposite the roundabout) Pretty please do not park in the residents only bit! The Shampooch salon is 3 garages on the left, with a sign outside. Any issues please call Sophie on 07383435160. I will send out a short video on where the lane is just incase it’s needed! (Please excuse the out of breath pregnant waddle 😂) A massive thank you to my incredible dad and partner George for all the work they did in making my dream salon a reality!
