This decision has not been made lightly.
However, I rely on customers turning up to appointments if they have their dog booked in for grooming or a daycare slot.

If you book an appointment for dog grooming or a space in daycare and need to cancel for any reason, please give me as much notice as possible as this time could be given to somebody else. 🐾

For the very small number of customers that just don't turn up and don't notify me, I will not be rearranging or rebooking.
