Normal is a word that seems far away at the moment, but what we want to do as a practice is adapt. We want to adapt to give you a caring, friendly responsive practice whilst remaining safe in these different times. Safe for you and your pets to visit and safe for us to be able to give you the service you deserve.
With that in mind we will be changing the way you come up and see us, which will allow you more interaction with us whilst remaining safe.
Please take a moment to watch and listen to the video below to see how you will be able to visit us from Monday 1st June.
We would stress that this is NOT business as usual and the same procedures we have put in place regarding emailing and telephone consultations will continue, but we hope that this is the first steps to our new normal which will grow and evolve and mean we are able to open up more services to you as quickly and safely as we can.
Thankyou all for your patience, kindness and understanding through all of this. We are still here for you and working hard to keep your pets at the heart of what we do.
Let's have a big shout out to your team at Vets4Pets Newton Abbot who are working tirelessly to keep your surgery up and running and caring for your pets in these strange times!
The Vet, Nursing and Reception team are seeing your pets for any emergencies and also working hard in the background sending you medications and caring for your sick pets.
We are so proud of them all.
We have implemented changes at the surgery to maximise our biosecurity. Owing to 15 minute consultations being in a confined space, much like the risk previously in bars and restaurants, we have had to adapt to ensure our team maintain protected so we can continue offering our same level of service throughout the times ahead. Behind all these protective barriers we are still the same caring team so please do ask if you have any questions.
