Attached are updated Terms and Conditions - these will also be sent with everyone's appointment reminders, please read through.
Over the last year, I have had a high number of late arrivals/pick ups which had a large impact on my day's schedule and last minute cancellations/no shows resulting in loss of income as slots cannot then be filled.

To add, I'm fully booked until February so would like to remind you of the importance of booking your appointments in advance.

Also a massive thank you for choosing to be part of the Grooms by Sarah family, it has been a pleasure to beautify all your precious pups and I look forward to continue so in the new year.
So thank you again for all the support, recommendations and not forgetting the very kind gifts.
