Experienced with traditional breed styles according to Kennel club standards, newer more modern fashion/pet styles or bespoke/owners personal preference. Helen has more than 25 years Grooming experience, plus 3 years animal care diplomas, first year vet nursing, Nvq's in animal management & health and more. Also, has worked in zoos, pets shops, rescue centres and several grooming salons across the uk and has a vast knowledge of Dogs and Lots of handling experience with many different animals. Breed Specialist - English Bulldog
Dogs owned - Westie, Giant schnauzer, Bulldogs, Poochon, Bichon, Cavachon

Kim has been Grooming for over 12 years and has Level 3 extended diploma in Animal management and also has completed breed specific courses. Breed Specialist - Golden Retriever
Dogs owned - Lab, Golden Retriever, Mini poodles, Toy Poodle. Please be aware that our usual appointment waiting times are approx 3 weeks but can be up to 2 months during our busiest times. Booking in advance is essential to get the dates and time you prefer or need. Any questions please message us. Nail trimming can usually be done on a walk in basis, just pop in and if we are free we will do it for you (always best to message beforehand to check as on busy days we may ask you to come back at a certain time for our nails only service)

We absolutely hate having to rearrange any appointments but unfortunately Helen is unwell at the minute so some appointments are needing to be rearranged, we will be in touch if this affects you.

Hi, as some of you may already be aware Helen is due to have surgery anytime in the next couple of months.

She has worked for the past few years with this condition and has struggled massively but now the time has come to undergo the operation.

Please be aware once Helen gets her operation date she will need to cancel and rearrange any appointments booked with her as and when necessary.

As we do not currently know the dates ourselves we cannot preplan the diary for this so we really appreciate your understanding.

Rest assured if you do have an appointment with Helen that needs rearranging we will be in touch as soon as possible.
