A little refresher all about us and what we do for our new customers! We are a raw feeding shop that opened around 9 years ago! We stock multiple raw food brands, these include Durham Animal Feeds, Nutriment, Leo+Wolf and First Choice Nutrition! (Cat options available) If Raw food isn’t the one for you then don’t worry as we also sell dry food. We have multiple brands of this also, including Eden Holistic Pet Food, Lilys Kitchen, Eukanuba, Vitalin and Burns!
Treats wise we have a big selection! Firstly, we have the Durham Animal Feeds Bits which include things like raw chicken/duck feet, necks, spleen, fish and so on. We then have Anco naturals dried treats again including feet, ears, legs, sausages etc! If these sort of treats don’t work for you we also sell Pet Munchies packages treats! We stock plenty of other things such as various harnesses, coats, collars and leads. Shampoo and many different grooming supplies. Dorwest supplements, Botanica creams and Kong Toys! We have also expanded the business where we now have a Dog café perfect to get some food and a coffee along side of your dog! Why not come in and have a look around! If you are unsure about raw feeding or your pup just won’t eat it then don’t worry this post is for you! This is about our dry food we stock called Eden!🐶

Eden is one of a few dry food brands that don’t contain cereal, grains or rice. Their food is steam cooked and is 100% natural with no animal derivatives. You may notice with many big dry food brands, that they list their meat content as “animal derivatives”. This is things that we wouldn’t eat ourselves such as fur, feathers etc - so essentially many brands aren’t providing enough protein and nutrients for your dogs. 🍗

Eden uses the highest quality ingredients and ensures your dogs get everything they need and more as they even include supplements such as pea fibre and burdock root, vegetables, herbs and minerals in their foods! 🥕🥦

Their food itself is one of the closest dry versions of raw you can get, it contains 80% meat and 20% vegetables! Their semi-moist range is 60% meat content and the other 40% is vegetables!

The bags of food are available in multiple sizes and flavour:
Dry: 2kg, 6kg, 15kg Original (Chicken & fish) Country (Duck, rabbit & venison) Fish (Salmon, Herring & Trout) They even do a Puppy specific food!
Semi-moist: 2kg, 6kg Duck & Tripe, Salmon & Quail and Country Feast (Duck, Lamb & Rabbit) Wild boar & Pheasant

We have had a restock of all of our Durham Animal Feeds raw food! And…. Goat Mince is finally back in stock after years! Why is Goat mince good for your dog? Let me tell you! It is extremely high in protein and contains many important B vitamins🥩🧬Probiotics that aid in digestion and nutrient absorption can be found in goat. 🐐 Goat meat is also very low in histamine, a bad side effect of histamine include anaphylaxis, a serious, life-threatening, allergic reaction. (This is why goat is classed as a hypoallergenic meat) Another complication is delayed wound healing. 🦴 This is all reasons as to why Goat meat is such a good mince to buy! *We do not recommend feeding your dog a consistent flavour of meat as this can also cause issues with your dog such as developing an allergy. Always give your dog a variety of meats to prevent this!* 🐕
