I have replied to all enquires made over the last week while I've been closed (Im still closed until next week technically but taking messages)

Im still not taking new clients until January at the earliest. If you have fallen off your recommended schedule (max 12 weeks, 8 weeks for cockapoos) you are considered a new client and unfortunately I have nothing available for you.

I have FIVE appointments left for the rest of the year. These are over two days - 18th and 19th November

I will start working through next years appointments over the next couple of weeks 😊

Its incredibly hard for business owners to take a break and ACTUALLY take a break, and i know all my lovely customers are incredibly understanding. Imagine going to Vegas, for your wedding and heres me standing in my dress - 'oh hang on, Fluffy wants to move their appointment." Absolutely not, I will see you guys on the other side 😘

Much like Nelson, Dexter is another frequent flyer, visiting every 4 weeks as he is a hairy beastie 🐻

Dexter has always been a very good boy. He used to struggle a little bit with allowing me to dry and brush his neck, so he would go home a little damp in these areas. However, hes been coming to be so consistently for so long that it doesnt seem to bother him much at all!

Dexter is such a lovely, bouncy boy, its always a fun time when he comes to see me 💖

Dont forget, I'm fully booked!

Cancellations require at least 48 hours notice. Less than this will incur a fee. 50 percent for less than 48 hours, 100 percent for less than 12.

No shows are 100 percent

Any cancellations for the next few weeks (possibly to the end of the year) will not be rebooked as there is no other appointments available. There will be a waiting list for other cancellations to become available.

Also, I have one more week of work, then I won't be responding to any enquiries or messages for two weeks as I'm getting MARRIED. I do not want my wedding day to be full of thoughts of bookings and cancellations. I wont even have my phone on me.

Nelson comes every 3 weeks. Even though his sight is not what it used to be, he is still loving life and loves coming to see me 🥰

Books are now closed to new clients, and any clients who have not been in more than 12 weeks (8 weeks for curly coats, eg cockapoos etc)

Im fully booked up for the next 4 weeks and only taking bookings for regular clients. I may have something for those who have fallen off schedule, in late November, but these spaces are currently reserved for regulars. I will release any remaining appointments in 2-3 weeks!

Last chance to book in for October!

I have one day left in October (this friday) and I'm closing bookings for it at the end of the night

After tonight, I wont be accepting new clients until the new year probably

After this week, I am fully booked and closed for 4 weeks, then I have 4 days of appointments in the last two weeks of November, then fully booked and closed for 5 weeks

I have people on a cancellation list for November and December and an ever growing list of people waiting to book for January and block book the year
